    Abstract: Small molecule compounds having aggregation-induced emission (AIE) characteristics include donor-acceptor (D-A) structural NIR fluorophores based on 1,3-bis(dicyanomethylene)indan (BDCI), a strong and steric electron-deficient acceptor. A twisted quasi-double bond (TQDB) links each electron donor with the acceptor. The compounds can be used as NIR-II fluorescent dyes for in vivo imaging. The compounds can conjugate with bioactive molecules, such as peptides, sugars, aptamers and antibodies, to provide specific and active NIR-II fluorescent probes. The compounds can serve as active NIR-II fluorescent probes in many applications, such as, cancer cell-targeted imaging, accurate diagnosis of disease, and image-guided phototherapy.

    Abstract: A device for loop closing and breaking of a power distribution grid based on decoupled voltage regulation is provided. The device comprises a voltage-regulation phase shifter, a control system, a voltage acquisition device and a loop closing switch. The voltage acquisition device acquires voltage signals on two sides of the loop closing switch performing a loop closing or breaking operation and transmits the voltage signals to the control system. The control system calculates a compensating voltage amplitude and phase-angle according to the voltage signals, and sends an instruction to the voltage-regulation phase shifter according to the compensating voltage amplitude and phase-angle. The voltage-regulation phase shifter outputs the compensating voltage amplitude and phase-angle according to the instruction from the control system, to compensate for a voltage difference between the two sides of the loop closing switch.

    Abstract: Provided are an expression vector of glyphosate-resistant genes GR79 and GAT, a high glyphosate-resistant corn, and a detection method therefor. The codons of the GR79 gene and GAT gene which have high tolerance to glyphosate are optimized and new DNA sequences are synthesized; meanwhile, a dual-gene plant expression vector pCGG is constructed. Results show that a transgenic corn transformed with the plant expression vector has high resistance to target herbicide glyphosate. The transgenic corn GG2 is a transformation event having a significant glyphosate tolerance effect, and a left border flanking sequence and a right border flanking sequence thereof are obtained by means of a chromosome walking method. The border sequences at two ends can be used as specific detection sequences for the present transformation event. Primers designed on the basis of the two border sequences can specifically detect the transgenic event GG2 and be applied to the development of a detection kit.

    Abstract: An OCT common-path probe for identifying a sample includes an optical fiber, a first GRIN lens and a second GRIN lens. The optical fiber outputs a light beam from its end facet.
