The host generates a fixed frequency AC excitation signal and transmits it to the interdigital electrode inside the monitoring probe. And then the host analyzes a feedback signal to obtain an information of impedance value. The amount of salt deposition on the interdigital electrode surface is determined by a predetermined relationship curve between the amount of salt deposition and the impedance value, and the actual amount of salt deposition in the environment can be obtained.
