    Abstract: A method, an apparatus, and a computer program for detecting network anomaly in a distributed software defined networking (SDN) environment. The method, the apparatus, and the computer program for detecting network anomaly have high utilization, scalability, availability, and distribution properties to a user by supporting a variety of functions for detecting network anomaly in the SDN environment and providing a high-level API to the user.

    Abstract: The present invention generally relates to P2-type layered materials for electrochemical devices such as Na-ion batteries with high rate performance, and methods of making or using such materials. In some embodiments, the P2-type layered material has the chemical formula NaX(MnQFeRCoT)O2. The P2-type layered material may be synthesized, for example, by a solid state reaction. In some cases, the P2-type layered material may be used as an electrode in an electrochemical device. The electrochemical device may have higher initial discharge capacities at various charge/discharge rates in galvanostatic testing compared with the initial discharge capacities of other P2-type layered materials.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a circulation type space-based solar power system, the system including: one or more solar modules; a conveyor belt on which the solar modules are attached, whereby the solar modules move between a solar power generating position and a recovery position, the solar modules receiving sunlight to generate solar power in the solar power generating position, and not receiving sunlight in the recovery position; a driver moving the conveyor belt; and a protective plate blocking cosmic rays incident to the solar modules located in the recovery position. The system can generate solar power for a long time by moving the solar modules between the solar power generating position and the recovery position. While some of the solar modules generate solar power, the remaining solar modules having damage are recovered.

    Abstract: Methods and systems for managing relays in LTE based communication networks. Embodiments herein use of a packet handler node and an additional radio interface in the UE, enabling the creation of an overlay network on top of an existing LTE network. The overlay network helps in the transfer of data between the UE and the AS even when the UE is not directly connected to the LTE network by encapsulating the data from the out-of-coverage UE within the IP packet of at least one nearby relay UE connected to the LTE network and is then forwarded to the LTE core network. The out-of-coverage UE uses the additional radio interface to send packets to the relay UE.
