  • Patent number: 9754512
Abstract: A method of providing real-time feedback of task performance includes receiving sensor data from sensors coupled to an object. The sensor data is received in response to tasks performed on the object and references positional data with respect to a location on the object at which tasks are performed. The method also includes applying the sensor data to a model of performance measurements, which reflect a standard of performance. The method further includes identifying any deviations of the sensor data from data in the model, and outputting feedback in real-time. The feedback includes indicators signaling tasks performed are correctly implemented and indicators signaling tasks performed are incorrectly implemented. Corrective indicators include measures for modifying task performance to achieve an outcome that approaches or meets the standard of performance. The indicators correspond to one or more locations on the object as determined by the positional data.

  • Patent number: 9754377
Abstract: A computer-implemented depth estimation method based on non-parametric Census transform with adaptive window patterns and semi-global optimization. A modified cross-based cost aggregation technique adaptively creates the shape of the cross for each pixel distinctly. In addition, a depth refinement algorithm fills holes within the estimated depth map using the surrounding background depth pixels and sharpens the object boundaries by exerting a trilateral filter to the generated depth map. The trilateral filter uses the curvature of pixels as well as texture and depth information to sharpen the edges.

  • Patent number: 9751922
Abstract: A technology which enables a high yield and convenient recovery of a protein and also enables a global protein purification is provided. A protein tag comprising an amino acid sequence of the full length or a part of MafG protein or an amino acid sequence in which amino acids serving as protease cleavage sites were inserted into the former amino acid sequence is provided. Since this protein tag can impart a high insolubility attributable to MafG protein to a protein to be tagged thereby insolubilizing the tagged protein, the tagged protein can be recovered into an insoluble fraction at a high yield.
