    Abstract: A substrate structure and a device employing the same are disclosed. An embodiment of the disclosure provides the substrate structure including a flexible substrate and a first barrier layer. The flexible substrate has a top surface, a side surface, and a bottom surface. The first barrier layer is disposed on and contacting the top surface of the flexible substrate, wherein the first barrier layer consists of Si, N, and Z atoms, wherein the Z atom is selected from a group of H, C, and 0 atoms, and wherein Si of the first barrier layer is present in an amount from 35 to 42 atom %, N of the first barrier layer is present in an amount from 10 to 52 atom %, and Z of the first barrier layer is present in an amount from 6 to 48 atom %.

    Abstract: Devices and techniques for integrated optical data communication. A method of encoding symbols in an optical signal may include encoding a first symbol by injecting charge carriers, at a first rate, into a semiconductor device, such as a PIN diode. The method may also include encoding a second symbol by injecting charge carriers, at a second rate, into the semiconductor device. The first rate may exceed the second rate. A modulator driver circuit may include a resistive circuit coupled between supply terminal and drive terminals. The modulator driver circuit may also include a control circuit coupled between a data terminal and the resistive circuit. The control circuit may modulate a resistance of the resistive circuit by selectively coupling one or more of a plurality of portions of the resistive circuit to the drive terminal based on data to be optically encoded.

In UL, the base station determines a CC of an unstable radio channel state and instructs the terminal to stop data retransmission by the CC, and the terminal stops the data retransmission and initializes a retransmission buffer.

    Abstract: The invention provides a start-up method for a reaction-regeneration unit for preparing light olefins from methanol, which comprises: (a) heating a regenerator with an auxiliary combustion chamber and a reactor with a start-up furnace; (b) charging a catalyst into the regenerator and reactor; (c) closing a spent catalyst slide valve and a regenerated catalyst slide valve after the reactor reaches about 350° C. or more; (d) feeding methanol to the reactor after the dense phase stage of the regenerator reaches about 350° C. or more; (e) opening the spent catalyst slide valve and introducing a carbon deposited catalyst from the reactor to the regenerator after the dense phase stage reaches about 400° C. or more and the average amount of carbon deposits on the catalyst in the reactor reaches about 2.5% or more; (f) raising the regenerator to above about 580° C.; and (g) stopping the start-up furnace and auxiliary combustion chamber.

The cylinder connects to the power generation component. The cylinder has an accommodation space and a vent located in the middle section of the accommodation space such that the vent runs outside from the accommodation space. The accommodation space is used for accommodating a fluid. The piston is disposed in the accommodation space and is used for being guided by the accommodation space and sliding relative to the cylinder. Thereby, this drives the power generation component to convert mechanical energy into electrical energy, and to force the remaining air in the accommodation space and remaining air in the fluid to be discharged via the vent.
