  • Patent number: 8832520
Abstract: Digital communication coding methods for designing protograph-based bit-interleaved code modulation that is general and applies to any modulation. The general coding framework can support not only multiple rates but also adaptive modulation. The method is a two stage lifting approach. In the first stage, an original protograph is lifted to a slightly larger intermediate protograph. The intermediate protograph is then lifted via a circulant matrix to the expected codeword length to form a protograph-based low-density parity-check code.

  • Patent number: 8829850
Abstract: An interactive charging management system and a method thereof are provided. The present method includes following steps. A leakage event is detected when an electric vehicle is connected with a charging post. When the leakage event is not detected, the charging post is controlled to enter a charging state from a ready state, so as to continuously supply a charging power to the electric vehicle until the electric vehicle is completely charged. When the leakage event is detected, the charging post is controlled to stop supplying the charging power to the electric vehicle, and the electric vehicle is indicated to go offline, so as to perform a leakage test and determine whether to resume the ready state. When the charging post cannot resume the ready state, a service notice is issued to notify a curing unit to process.

  • Patent number: 8832015
Abstract: Systems and methods for identifying data files that have a common characteristic are provided. A plurality of data files including one or more data files having a common characteristic are received. A potential rule is generated by selecting key terms from a list that satisfy a term evaluation metric, and the potential rule is evaluated using a rule evaluation metric. The potential rule is added to the rule set if the rule evaluation metric is satisfied. Based upon the potential rule being added to the rule set, data files covered by the potential rule are removed from the plurality of data files. The potential rule generation and evaluation steps are repeated until a stopping criterion is met. After the stopping criterion has been met, the rule set is used to identify other data files having the common characteristic.
