    Abstract: A decoupling device including a lead frame and at least one capacitor unit assembly is provided. The lead frame includes a cathode terminal portion and at least two opposite anode terminal portions located at two ends of the cathode terminal portion. The two anode terminal portions are electrically connected with each other through a conductive line. The capacitor unit assembly includes multiple capacitor elements. The multiple capacitor elements of the capacitor unit assembly is connected in parallel, arrayed on the same plane and disposed on the lead frame. Each capacitor element has a cathode portion and an anode portion opposite to each other. The cathode portion of the capacitor element is electrically connected with the cathode terminal portion. The anode portion of the capacitor element is electrically connected with the anode terminal portion. When multiple capacitor unit assemblies exists, the capacitor unit assemblies are arrayed in a stacked way.

    Abstract: A method of high-throughput printing and selective transfer of graphene onto a substrate includes the steps of: providing a thermal release tape having graphene adhered thereto; placing a substrate onto the graphene; pressing the thermal tape and the graphene against the substrate at a uniformly-distributed pressure; heating localized portions of the thermal tape and graphene using a localized heat source, thereby diminishing the adhesive properties of the thermal release tape in the localized portions and transferring graphene from said localized portions to the substrate; and separating the thermal release tape from the substrate. The method may include the further step of moving the localized heat source to selected positions on the thermal release tape during the heating step, thereby forming a pattern of heated portions. The method may use a laser beam as the localized heat source, movement of the laser beam being performed by a computer-controlled deflectable mirror.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a 4-aminoquinazoline derivative having the chemical structure of the following formula, and the use thereof. It is demonstrated by the pharmacological experiment that, the compound or a salt thereof according to the present invention not only has distinct inhibitory effect on histone deacetylases, but also has stronger differentiation induction and anti-proliferative activities for certain tumor cells. It can be used in the treatment of cancers and diseases related to cell differentiation and proliferation. Excellent efficacy is observed especially for leukemia and a solid tumor. As demonstrated by the animal test, the compound or a salt thereof according to the present invention is less toxic.

    Abstract: A measurement method for a junction-to-case thermal resistance is provided. First, a first transient cooling curve of the chip for the semiconductor device under test (DUT) without grease is measured. Then a second transient cooling curve of the chip for the DUT with grease is measured. A difference ?T of temperature variations of the two transient cooling curves with and without grease is calculated. The temperature of a constant temperature cold plate for fixing the semiconductor DUT is increased by ?T, and a third transient cooling curve of the chip for the DUT with grease is measured again. The first transient cooling curve and the third transient cooling curve are used to calculate the junction-to-case thermal resistance.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to the E2EPF UCP-VHL interaction and the uses thereof, more precisely a method for increasing or reducing VHL activity or level by regulating UCP activity or level to inhibit cancer cell proliferation or metastasis or to increase angiogenesis. The inhibition of UCP activity is accomplished by any UCP activity inhibitor selected from a group consisting of a small interfering RNA (RNAi), an antisense oligonucleotide, and a polynucleotide complementarily binding to mRNA of UCP, a peptide, a peptide mimetics and an antibody, and a low molecular compound. In the meantime, the increase of angiogenesis is accomplished by the following mechanism; UCP over-expression is induced by a gene carrier and thus endogenous VHL is reduced, leading to the stabilization of HIF-1? which enhances VEGF activation based on the HIF-1? stabilization.
