    Abstract: A fireproof rack for protecting an object is provided. The fireproof rack includes a major frame, a moveable frame, a fireproof chamber and a fireproof liquid. The moveable frame is slidably connected to the major frame, and the moveable frame slides between a first position and a second position relative to the major frame, and the object is disposed in the moveable frame, and the moveable frame and the object are in the first position under an operation mode. Under a fireproof mode, the moveable frame and the object slide to the second position, and are received in the fireproof chamber. The fireproof liquid is located in the fireproof chamber. When the moveable frame and the object are in the second position, the object is soaked in the fireproof liquid.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a cyclone generator for a pipeline type oil-water separator which separates oil from water using the principle of cyclone. The cyclone generator comprises: flow deflectors which are fixedly arranged along the circumferential direction of a pipe to generate, when an oil-water mixture flows through the flow deflectors, a centrosymmetric cyclone field to centrifugally separate oil from water. The present invention further discloses an oil-water separation device which uses the aforementioned principle, the mixture of oil and water flowing through the device forms a centrosymmetric cyclone field in which an oil core is distributed in the central area of a pipe without shifting significantly so as to achieve an excellent oil-water separation effect.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for selecting a beam direction is for use in a beamforming system. The beam direction selection method of a reception device having a plurality of antenna elements in a wireless communication system using beamforming according to the present disclosure includes acquiring a first reception beam angle estimated as optimal by allocating a first predetermined number of antenna elements to each of beam ports and scanning signals and acquiring a second reception beam angle estimated as optimal by allocating a second predetermined number of antenna elements, which is greater than the first predetermined number, to some of the beam ports and scanning the signals using the first reception beam angle. The beam selection apparatus and method of the present disclosure is capable of selecting a reception beam direction efficiently in a beamforming system.

    Abstract: An optical-see-through head mounted display (HMD) system is provided. The optical-see-through HMD system has a camera for generating image frames, a display device and a processor. The processor proceeds an interactive operation on each image frame. In the interactive operation, an image analysis is performed on the image frame to obtain positioning information of a marker and 3-dimensional information of an input device. According to the positioning information, the 3-dimensional information and eye position of an user, an image shielding process is performed to correct a portion of the frame to be displayed which is corresponding to the input device and a collision test is performed according to the positioning information and the 3-dimensional information of an input device to determine whether the input device touches the virtual image displayed by HMD. Then, an event corresponding to the touch position of the virtual image is executed.

    Abstract: A radio frequency (RF) switch with a transformer and a switching method thereof are provided. The RF switch includes a transmitting end transformer having a primary side connected to a transmitting end and a secondary side connected to an antenna; and a receiving end transformer having a primary side connected to the antenna and a secondary side connected to a receiving end. In a transmission mode, the transmitting end transformer is tuned on, and, in a reception mode, the receiving end transformer is turned on.     Abstract: Disclosed is a liver tumor-targeting ultrasound contrast agent. The ultrasound contrast agent includes a gas-generating core and a hyaluronic acid shell. The ultrasound contrast agent can be specifically delivered to liver cells. This specific delivery enables easy differentiation between normal liver cells and liver tumor cells by ultrasound imaging. In addition, the ultrasound contrast agent is highly stable in aqueous condition and causes no cytotoxicity. Also disclosed is a method for preparing the ultrasound contrast agent.
