    Abstract: A spherical lithium adsorbent, as well as a preparation method and use thereof are provided. The preparation method includes: dry mixing an adsorbent and a forming agent followed by evenly mixing with a first solvent to form a mixed solution, and adding a thickening and pore forming agent to obtain a mixed system; spraying out the mixed system from a nozzle of a spray device and receiving sprayed drips using a second solvent that is incompatible with the forming agent as a receiving solvent so that the drips become particles to obtain a spherical adsorbent with good performance and even granularity. Spray granulation is performed utilizing airflow so that the particles have a larger specific area and are more suitable for industrial absorption column filling. Furthermore, adsorbent powders in the particles are tightly wrapped and difficult to fall off during cyclic use.

The AB liquid mixing module is configured to inject A/B liquid into a model tank and stir and mix the A/B liquid; the refractive index measurement module is able to suck an AB mixture sample from the model tank and measure a refractive index of the AB mixture sample; the solid particle spreading module is configured to spread solid particles into the model tank and stir and mix the solid particles and an AB mixture. The preparation box integrates functional modules such as liquid mixing, refractive index measurement and solid particle spreading into the preparation box, the preparation process is basically fully automated, the test personnel mainly focus on a test, thereby improving the test efficiency.

    Abstract: An ingot splitting method and an ingot splitting apparatus are provided. The ingot splitting method includes the following steps. A laser provided from a laser source is focused with a focusing lens group on a plane to be split of an ingot, and a focus point of the laser is used to scan the plane to be split. An opposing first side and second side of the ingot are fixed with a chuck table and an ultrasonic source. The plane to be split is located between the first side and the second side. A pulling force is applied to the second side in a direction away from the ingot with a tensioner, and ultrasonic waves are applied to vibrate the ingot with the ultrasonic source simultaneously, so that the ingot is divided into two parts from the plane to be split.

    Abstract: A method for directly preparing a trivalent chromium compound by electrochemical oxidation of ferrochrome is provided. The method includes: putting ferrochrome as an anode, and placing the anode into an electrolyte solution containing a complexing agent together with a cathode, then turning on a power supply for electrolysis reaction so that chromium and iron in ferrochrome are directly converted into free Cr3+ and Fe3+ respectively, allowing one of Cr3+ and fe3+ to form a stable soluble metal complex together with the complexing agent, and allowing the other of Cr3+ and Fe3+ to form a metal hydroxide solid together with OH? generated by electrolysis reaction, so as to obtain an electrolysis completion slurry. Compared with the prior art, the present application has no hexavalent chromium salt stage, thereby shortening the process flow and avoiding the generation of chromium-containing waste residue.

An intra-prediction mode for the target block is derived, and intra-prediction for the target block that uses the derived intra-prediction mode is performed. The intra-prediction mode for the target block is derived using an artificial neural network, and an MPM list for the target block is derived using information about the target block, pieces of information about blocks adjacent to the target block, and the artificial neural network. The artificial neural network outputs one or more available intra-prediction modes. Further, the artificial neural network outputs match probabilities for one or more candidate intra-prediction modes, and each of the match probabilities for the candidate intra-prediction modes indicates a probability that the corresponding candidate intra-prediction mode matches the intra-prediction mode for the target block.
