    Abstract: The present invention relates to a pose estimation method of an interventional medical device using a single-view X-ray image which is captured using a bendable interventional medical device equipped with a plurality of radiopaque markers and using an X-ray source. The pose estimation method includes an operation (a) of defining a circle assuming that the interventional medical device is bent at a constant curvature, an operation (b) of extracting a position value of the marker from an X-ray image obtained by the X-ray source projecting X-rays onto the markers, and an operation (c) of setting a projection plane and estimating a shape of the circle using a position value of the marker extracted from a projected image obtained by perspective-projecting the circle onto the projection plane and using the position value of the marker extracted from the X-ray image.

Specifically, according to the present disclosure, it is possible to infer the shape of an organ using a 3D mini-map and to simultaneously identify whether or not the capsule endoscope captures the images, and information on the position and posture of the capsule endoscope at primary captured points by visualizing the actual movement path of the capsule endoscope, thereby improving the accuracy of examination, and since multiple 2D images captured by a single capsule endoscope are able to be viewed as a single 3D panoramic image without changing the structure of the capsule endoscope, it is economical and the viewing angle of the image is able to be increased, thereby reducing the examination time and fatigue of the examiner.

Small molecule-stimulated cells were also combined with a matrix, placed with a cellular adhesive or material carrier and implanted to a site in an animal for bone repair. Matrix pretreated with compounds of Formula II, IV, and VI were also used to cause cells to migrate to the matrix that is of use for therapeutic purposes.
