    Abstract: Shear-assisted extrusion processes for forming extrusions of a desired composition from a feedstock material are provided. The processes can include applying a rotational shearing force and an axial extrusion to the same location on the feedstock material. Devices for this can include a die tool defined by a die face extending from a rim of the die face inwardly at an angle greater than zero in relation to a sidewall of the die tool in at least one cross section; and/or a die tool defining an opening configured to receive feedstock material for extrusion and further defining a die face defining a recess within the die face and contiguous with the opening. Shear-assisted extrusion processes are also provided that can mix different portions of the feedstock material within a recess about the opening prior to feedstock material entering the opening; and extruding the mixed portions.

    Abstract: A tensor data processing method is provided. The method comprises receiving an input tensor including at least one of an outlier and a missing value, the input tensor being input during a time interval between a first time point and a second time point, factorizing the input tensor into a low rank tensor to extract a temporal factor matrix, calculating trend and periodic pattern from the extracted temporal factor matrix, detecting the outlier which is out of the calculated trend and periodic pattern, updating the temporal factor matrix except the detected outlier, combining the updated temporal factor matrix and a non-temporal factor matrix of the input tensor to calculate the real tensor and recovering the input tensor by setting data corresponding to a position of the outlier or a position of the missing value of the input tensor from the data of the real tensor as an estimated value.

    Abstract: A system for few-view computed tomography (CT) image reconstruction is described. The system includes a preprocessing module, a first generator network, and a discriminator network. The preprocessing module is configured to apply a ramp filter to an input sinogram to yield a filtered sinogram. The first generator network is configured to receive the filtered sinogram, to learn a filtered back-projection operation and to provide a first reconstructed image as output. The first reconstructed image corresponds to the input sinogram. The discriminator network is configured to determine whether a received image corresponds to the first reconstructed image or a corresponding ground truth image. The generator network and the discriminator network correspond to a Wasserstein generative adversarial network (WGAN). The WGAN is optimized using an objective function based, at least in part, on a Wasserstein distance and based, at least in part, on a gradient penalty.

The present invention provides a memristor-CMOS hybrid multiplication core circuit, in which one input of multiplication can be stored in a memristor network, one part of operation is completed in a memory network, the other part of operation is completed through a CMOS circuit, thereby reducing frequent data calls by half, and the power consumption of the CMOS circuit is further reduced by reducing competitive adventure in the operation process, thereby greatly reducing the overall energy consumption.

During the process of searching an optimal three-dimensional track in a track space, Different inertia weights are set in different particle swarm iterative evolution stages. A maximum inertia weight is used to make global convergence in a set early stage of evolution, and a minimum inertia weight is used to make local convergence in a set late stage of evolution. Disturbance mutation operation in a motion process of particles is added based on swarm diversity. Infeasible particles are selected based on constraints. Constraint violation functions of infeasible particles are compared, and infeasible particles with small constraint violation functions are kept.
