Abstract: A glenoidal implant for a shoulder prosthesis includes an articular body having two opposite faces which are an articulation face suitable for cooperating with an articulation head of a humeral implant, and an anchoring face from which at least one anchoring stud protrudes for an anchoring in the glenoid cavity including a main anchoring stud at least partially covered with a porous or rough surface coating promoting an osseointegration. The main anchoring stud is provided internally with a central hole extending along a central axis of symmetry of the main anchoring stud and provided to allow guiding a trephine.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for image compression using a latent variable are provided. The multiple components of the latent variable may be sorted in order of importance. Through sorting, when the feature information of only some of the multiple components is used, the quality of a reconstructed image may be improved. In order to generate a latent variable, the components of which are sorted in order of importance, learning may be performed in various manners. Also, less important information may be eliminated from the latent variable, and processing, such as quantization, may be applied to the latent variable. Through elimination and processing, the amount of data for the latent variable may be reduced.

Abstract: A method for 3D object modeling includes linking 2D semantic keypoints of an object within a video stream into a 2D structured object geometry. The method includes inputting, to a neural network, the object to generate a 2D NOCS image and a shape vector, the shape vector being mapped to a continuously traversable coordinate shape. The method includes applying a differentiable shape renderer to the SDF shape and the 2D NOCS image to render a shape of the object corresponding to a 3D object model in the continuously traversable coordinate shape space. The method includes lifting the linked, 2D semantic keypoints of the 2D structured object geometry to a 3D structured object geometry. The method includes geometrically and projectively aligning the 3D object model, the 3D structured object geometry, and the rendered shape to form a rendered object. The method includes generating 3D bounding boxes from the rendered object.

Abstract: Methods and systems to decarbonize natural gas using sulfur to produce hydrogen and polymers are provided. Sulfur can be introduced in elemental form or as hydrogen sulfide, as may be desired. Decarbonization of natural gas involves introducing natural gas and H2S to a first reactor to produce first reactor products including CS2 and H2. Abstract: The embodiments disclosed herein relate to the examination of gemstones including diamonds, both cut/polished and rough, using the technology of Resonant Ultrasound Spectroscopy. The resonant frequencies are obtained by mechanically causing the stone to vibrate using a swept sine oscillator, sensing the resonance vibrations, and displaying the spectrum to yield a pattern describing the stone. The resonance fingerprints can be used to both track an individual stone to verify its integrity or to grade a rough stone to establish potential value.

Abstract: Disclosed are an end-to-end system for speech recognition and speech translation and an electronic device. The system comprises an acoustic encoder and a multi-task decoder and a semantic invariance constraint module, and completes two tasks for speech recognition and speech translation. In addition, according to the characteristic of the semantic consistency of texts between different tasks, semantic constraints are imposed on the model to learn high-level semantic information, and the semantic information can effectively improve the performance of speech recognition and speech translation. The application has the following advantages that the error accumulation problem of serial system is avoided, and the calculation cost of the model is low and the real-time performance is very high.
