Abstract: Disclosed herein is a video decoding method including determining one or more adaptation parameter sets including a quantization matrix set including a plurality of quantization matrices, determining an adaptation parameter set including a quantization matrix set applied to a current picture or a current slice from among the one or more adaptation parameter sets, dequantizing transform coefficients of a current block of a current picture or a current slice based on the quantization matrix set of the determined adaptation parameter set, and reconstructing the current block based on the dequantized transform coefficients, wherein the adaptation parameter set includes coding information applied to one or more pictures or slices.

Abstract: A high-efficiency Zea mays L. breeding method based on individual plant evaluation and genome-wide selection (GWS) includes: S1. in a first cropping season, pollinating a Zea mays L. female parent with multiple male parents; S2. in a second cropping season, subjecting hybrid seeds to single-seed sowing, conducting individual plant selection, and evaluating target traits; S3. identifying a parent of a selected cross combination; S4. subjecting a target trait of a cross combination to genome-wide prediction; S5. selecting an excellent cross combination according to a predicted target trait; and S6. subjecting the selected excellent cross combination directly to variety registration or to further evaluation. The high-efficiency Zea mays L. breeding method provided by the present disclosure greatly reduces a quantity of cross combination seeds obtained in the first cropping season and a planting scale of the cross combinations in the second cropping season, and effectively reduces the breeding cost.

Abstract: A heat dissipation system for a high-speed train running in a low-vacuum tube is provided. Component groups that provide power and resistance for the movement and stop of a train are provided at a periphery, close to the train, in a low-vacuum tube. The component group is provided with a group A cooling assembly. The group A cooling assembly includes a group A cooling-type heat exchanger and/or a group A nozzle assembly attached to the back of the component group. Since the friction between the train running at high speed and the air in the low-vacuum tube and the operation of the key equipment in the low-vacuum tube will generate a lot of heat, the group A cooling assembly in the component group in the low-vacuum tube exchanges the heat with the air in the low-vacuum tube.

Abstract: A data feature augmentation system and method for a low-precision neural network are provided. The data feature augmentation system includes a first time difference unit. The first time difference unit includes a first sample-and-hold circuit and a subtractor. The first sample-and-hold circuit is used for receiving an input signal and obtaining a first signal according to the input signal. The first signal is related to a first leakage rate of the first sample-and-hold circuit and the first signal is the signal generated by delaying the input signal by one time unit. The subtractor is used for performing subtraction on the input signal and the first signal to obtain a time difference signal. The input signal and the time difference signal are inputted to the low-precision neural network.

Abstract: A learning device calculates an image feature using a model (image encoder) that receives an image and outputs the image feature obtained by mapping the image into a latent space. The learning device calculates an audio feature using a model (audio encoder) that receives a speech in a predetermined language and outputs the audio feature obtained by mapping the speech into the latent space, and that includes a neural network provided with a self-attention mechanism. The learning device updates parameters of the models used by an image feature calculation unit and an audio feature calculation unit such that the image feature of a first image is similar to the audio feature of a speech corresponding to the first image.
