Abstract: Disclosed is a fragrance adduct that is a reaction product between a polymeric amine and a reactive fragrance ingredient. The polymeric amine contains a backbone and at least one amino functional group, the reactive fragrance ingredient is an aldehyde, a ketone, an ?,?-unsaturated electrophilic compound reactive towards the polymeric amine, or a combination thereof, and the reaction product is an imine compound or a Michael addition adduct.
