Abstract: A vehicle control system includes at least one detection device configured to capture detection data. The system further includes a controller that identifies a travel path of the vehicle extending from a current position to a target position of the vehicle. In response to the travel path, the controller calculates a travel zone occupied by the vehicle traversing the travel path and determines at least one viewing zone proximate to the travel zone. The controller further determines a location of a user based on the detection data and controls a navigation routine of the vehicle along the travel path in response to a location of the user relative to the at least one viewing zone.
Abstract: The disclosure is directed to, among other things, systems and methods for remote storage of information associated with a node of a distributed ledger network. In some embodiments, the systems and methods described herein may involve providing, by a first node of a distributed ledger network of nodes and to a first server, first information associated with the first node, wherein the network of nodes includes a network of vehicles. The systems and methods may also involve receiving, by a ledger of the first node and from the first server, a pointer to the first information that is stored at the first server, wherein the pointer is stored in the ledger, and wherein the ledger is a distributed ledger included in all of the nodes of the network of nodes.
Abstract: A vehicle includes an air-conditioning (AC) compressor, an engine, a belt-integrated starter generator (BISG), and a controller. The controller, responsive to detecting a first AC compressor engagement condition, compares a first AC torque demand that is required to engage the AC compressor with an available torque from the BISG. The controller further, responsive to the available torque being insufficient to engage the AC compressor, engages the AC compressor using the available torque from the BISG and an engine torque from the engine to compensate a torque shortfall between the AC torque demand and the available torque by retarding spark timing and increasing air intake.

Abstract: A chassis panel defines one or more rearward-facing, open-ended slots at a rear of the chassis panel. One or more management inserts can be mounted within the open-ended slot along a forward-rearward axis. Cables can be pre-cabled through the inserts prior to being installed at one or more port modules. Accordingly, the port modules can be cabled prior to being installed at the chassis panel without first having to thread the cables through the chassis panel. Abstract: A memory apparatus and method of operation is provided. The apparatus includes a block of memory cells. Each of the memory cells is connected to one of a plurality of word lines and are also arranged in strings and configured to retain a threshold voltage within a common range of threshold voltages. A control circuit coupled to the plurality of word lines and the strings is configured to determine an erase upper tail voltage of a distribution of the threshold voltage of the memory cells following an erase operation. The erase upper tail voltage corresponds to a cycling condition of the memory cells. The control circuit is also configured to calculate a program voltage to apply to each of selected ones of the plurality of word lines associated with the memory cells to program the memory cells during a program operation based on the erase upper tail voltage.

Abstract: A collector assembly is adapted for use in a fragrance diffusion system. The collector assembly incorporates a dual-thread collector base including an integrally-formed cartridge coupler and neck. The cartridge coupler has an internal screw thread designed for mating with a complementary external screw thread of a fragrance cartridge. The neck has an external screw thread which matches the internal screw thread of the cartridge coupler. An atomizing device including a flow nozzle is attached to the collector base and defines an internal air passage to an atomization chamber. An airblast through the internal passage of the nozzle creates a suction force drawing liquid fragrance from the cartridge through a vacuum tube and into the atomization chamber where the liquid fragrance is converted into droplets prior to discharging outwardly through a vapor port and into a vapor chamber inside the cartridge.

Abstract: A vehicle includes a first controller that sends a request to enter a lower power mode, and a plurality of second controllers. The second controllers each periodically send the first controller signals indicating operation in a normal power mode while being powered by a primary power converter, and responsive to receiving the request, do not send the signals during the low power mode while being capable of powered by an auxiliary power converter that has a maximum power limit less than the primary power converter. Also, the first controller, responsive to not receiving the signals for a predetermined period of time, disconnects the first and second controllers from the primary power converter.
