Abstract: A vertically alternating sequence of continuous insulating layers and continuous sacrificial material layers is formed over a substrate. Memory stack structures are formed through the vertically alternating sequence. Divider trenches and slit trenches are formed such that the divider trenches laterally extend along a first horizontal direction and divide the vertically alternating sequence into a plurality of alternating stacks of insulating layers and sacrificial material layers, and the slit trenches laterally extend along a second horizontal direction that is perpendicular to the first horizontal direction. The sacrificial material layers are replaced with electrically conductive layers employing the divider trenches as a conduit for an etchant and for a reactant. Each of the divider trenches and the slit trenches are filled with material portions to provide a plurality of divider trench fill structures in the divider trenches and to provide a plurality of slit trench fill structures in the slit trenches.

  • Patent number: 11290408
Abstract: Techniques for enabling a client device associated with an organization to render a custom emoji that is associated with a different organization. In some examples, a first user associated with a first organization can compose a message to a second user associated with a second organization, the message including a custom emoji specific to the first organization. A server computing device can receive the message and determine a resource identifier associated with the custom emoji of the first organization. The resource identifier can provide a location in a database at which the custom emoji is stored. The server computing device formats the message to include the resource identifier and sends the message to the second user. A computing device associated with the second user receives the message and accesses the custom emoji based in part on the resource identifier. The computing device then renders the message with the custom emoji for display to the second user.

  • Publication number: 20220090105
Abstract: The present invention provides recombinant DNA constructs, vectors and molecules comprising a polynucleotide sequence encoding a florigenic FT protein operably linked to a vegetative stage promoter, which may also be a meristem-preferred or meristem-specific promoter. Transgenic plants, plant cells and tissues, and plant parts are further provided comprising a polynucleotide sequence encoding a florigenic FT protein. Transgenic plants comprising a florigenic FT transgene may produce more bolls, siliques, fruits, nuts, or pods per node on the transgenic plant, particularly on the main stem of the plant, relative to a control or wild type plant. Methods are further provided for introducing a florigenic FT transgene into a plant, and planting transgenic FT plants in the field including at higher densities. Transgenic plants of the present invention may thus provide greater yield potential than wild type plants and may be planted at a higher density due to their altered plant architecture.
