Abstract: Systems and methods for phasing line holders are described herein. In certain embodiments, an apparatus includes a groove in a conductive body. Additionally, the apparatus includes a phasing line for electrically coupling a plurality of components, the phasing line extending through the groove. Further, the apparatus includes a holder inserted into the groove, the holder maintaining the phasing line at a specific position in relation to a plurality of groove surfaces, wherein a plurality of holder surfaces apply sufficient pressure to the plurality of groove surfaces to secure the holder within the groove.

Abstract: A method for package delivery includes identifying a plurality of delivery locations for package delivery. The method includes determining a driving route for an automated ground vehicle to optimize delivery to the delivery locations using one or more automated aerial vehicles. The method includes controlling the automated ground vehicle to navigate the delivery route. The method further includes determining timing for release of the one or more automated aerial vehicles during navigation of the delivery route to deliver packages to the plurality of delivery locations.

Abstract: A footwear cover that includes a sole portion that includes an inner layer and an outer layer that cooperate to define at least a first interior space therebetween, at least a first bladder member disposed in the first interior space, and an upper connected to the sole portion. The first bladder member defines a bladder interior that includes a non-Newtonian fluid disposed therein. The upper includes at least a first securement strap for securing the footwear cover in a closed position.

Abstract: A method determines a user demographic profile of a user that visits one or more websites of a predetermined group of websites. The method includes generating a first record of visits by the user to the websites of the predetermined group of websites. The method further includes providing one or more website profiles comprising demographic characteristics of each website visited by the user of the predetermined group of websites. The method further includes calculating an estimated user demographic profile of the user by using the first record of visits by the user and the one or more website profiles.

Abstract: The invention relates to the soybean variety designated 01083687. Provided by the invention are the seeds, plants and derivatives of the soybean variety 01083687. Also provided by the invention are tissue cultures of the soybean variety 01083687 and the plants regenerated therefrom. Still further provided by the invention are methods for producing soybean plants by crossing the soybean variety 01083687 with itself or another soybean variety and plants produced by such methods.

Abstract: A cable enclosure assembly includes an enclosure, a cable spool and a length of fiber optic cable. The enclosure defines an interior region, a first opening and a second opening aligned with the first opening. The first and second openings provide access to the interior region. The cable spool is disposed in the interior region of the enclosure and is rotatably engaged with the enclosure. The cable spool includes a drum and a flange engaged to the drum. The flange has an outer peripheral side, a cable management portion and an adapter bulkhead portion. The adapter bulkhead portion extends outwardly from the cable management portion and forms a portion of the outer peripheral side. The length of the fiber optic cable is dispose about the drum of the cable spool.

Abstract: A system includes at least one load in a vehicle, a battery electrically connected to the load, a power source electrically connected to the load, and a computer communicatively connected to the power source. The computer is programmed to reduce a voltage supplied by the power source to the load so that the battery discharges to supply power to the load, and then, in response to an electrical quantity of the system being outside an electrical-quantity range while the battery is discharging, perform a minimal risk condition or prevent the vehicle from movably operating.

Abstract: A sheet metal lid has a rim portion removably secured and sealed to a container and the lid includes a vent button having a top wall portion surrounded by a side wall portion and an outwardly projecting flange portion. The flange portion of the button has a short arcuate score or shear line extending substantially into the sheet metal, and additional score lines extend into the flange portion at lesser depths to protect a coating on the inner surface of the lid. A resilient sealant material may be bonded to the inner surface of the vent button, and the opposing sheet metal portions of the score line form a small gap for releasing a vacuum or pressure from the container in response to a controlled downward pressure on the top wall portion of the vent button.

Abstract: This disclosure details exemplary battery pack designs for use in electrified vehicles. An exemplary battery pack may include one or more busbar retainer clips adapted for securing busbars within the battery pack. The retainer clips may secure the busbars in a manner that prevents material contact between the busbars and surrounding enclosure surfaces and substantially reduces any noise, vibration, and harshness issues.

Abstract: A method of analyzing an atomic force microscope image includes receiving data related to an atomic force microscope image, where the data includes at least a first channel of data and a second channel of data relating to a first and second image data type. The method also includes identifying at least a first location of high contrast within the image using the first image data type using edge detection and identifying a first artifact within the image based on the identified first location of high contrast. The method also includes accessing the second image data type corresponding to the identified first location of the first artifact and determining a type of the first artifact by comparing the first image data type with the second image data type relating to the identified location of the first artifact.

Abstract: Vehicle tie down assemblies may be provided for securing cargo and/or accessories at vehicle front ends. The tie down assemblies may be mounted to a vehicle fender without obstructing the opening and closing of the vehicle hood. Exemplary vehicle tie down assemblies may embody a multi-piece design that establishes a pass-through for receiving various tie downs. The tie down assemblies may additionally include one or more bolt assemblies for mounting accessories.

Abstract: Various embodiments are directed to an improved group-based communication apparatus that is configured to efficiently manage draft messaging communications in a group-based communication system. The group-based communication apparatus is configured to synchronize draft messaging communications, including creating, updating, deleting, and posting of such draft messaging communications, across multiple client devices and with a group-based communication repository. Utilizing draft message metadata associated with the draft messaging communications, the group-based communication apparatus is also configured to implement validation rules and conflict resolution procedures associated with draft messaging communications. Additionally, the group-based communication apparatus is configured to render a draft list icon or other visual indicia to a group-based communication interface to inform a user that there is a draft messaging communication associated with one or more of the group-based communication channels.

Abstract: Apparatus and processes herein provide for converting hydrocarbon feeds to light olefins and other hydrocarbons. The processes and apparatus include a conventional riser reactor in combination with a mixed flow (e.g., including both counter-current and co-current catalyst flows) fluidized bed reactor designed for maximizing light olefins production. The effluents from the riser reactor and mixed flow reactor are processed in a catalyst disengagement vessel, and the catalysts used in each reactor may be regenerated in a common catalyst regeneration vessel. Further, integration of the two-reactor scheme with a catalyst cooler provides a refinery the flexibility of switching the operation between the two-reactor flow scheme, a catalyst cooler only flow scheme, or using both simultaneously.

An aqueous coating composition includes the aqueous dispersion; a polymeric binder; and a rheology modifier.

Abstract: An optical communications system includes a laser transmitter to generate an optical signal and a first optical fiber network coupled to transmit the optical signal from the laser transmitter system. A first latchable, asymmetric coupler is disposed along the first optical fiber network to receive the optical signal, and has a first tap output that receives a selected and alterable first fraction of the optical signal. A second latchable, asymmetric coupler is disposed along the first optical fiber network to receive the optical signal from the first latchable asymmetric coupler and has a second tap output that receives a selected and alterable second fraction of the optical signal incident at the second latchable. In certain embodiments the first and second couplers are capable of operating at any of at least three tapping fractions.

Abstract: A cascade reactor scheme with acid and hydrocarbon flowing in reverse directions. The systems and processes for alkylation of olefins herein may include providing a first olefin to a first alkylation zone, and a second olefin to a second alkylation zone. Isoparaffin may be provided to the first alkylation zone. The isoparaffin and first olefin may be contacted with a partially spent sulfuric acid in the first alkylation zone to form a spent acid phase and a first hydrocarbon phase including alkylate and unreacted isoparaffin. The first hydrocarbon phase and second olefin may be contacted with a sulfuric acid feed in the second alkylation zone to form a second hydrocarbon phase, also including alkylate and unreacted isoparaffin, and the partially spent sulfuric acid that is fed to the first alkylation zone. Further, the second hydrocarbon phase may be separated, recovering an isoparaffin fraction and an alkylate product fraction.

Abstract: Embodiments include a vehicle side washer assembly, a shaft assembly, and horizontal cloth brush panels. The side washer assembly includes a retractable angled primary arm, a retractable secondary arm, a shaft assembly having an upright shaft, and horizontal cloth brush panels. The upright shaft is disposed through a shaft attachment region of each of the horizontal cloth brush panels. The shaft assembly includes an upright shaft including notches and protrusions, and retrofit discs each including a shaft opening that matches contours of the upright shaft. Each of the retrofit discs includes rotary notches. The horizontal cloth brush panels each include flat fingers, a contiguous central region, and a brush shaft opening cut to match contours of the upright shaft. The horizontal cloth brush panels rotate in a reverse rotation with a direction of travel of a vehicle, and can be mixed and matches with various sizes and shapes.

Abstract: A method comprising (a) obtaining young adult stem cells (YASC) from a first subject; (b) lysing the YASC to generate a lysate comprising an intracellular matrix (ICM) and other cellular components; (c) filtering the lysate through a filter having a membrane size of equal to or less than 0.4 micron to obtain a filtrate; and (d) applying the filtrate to a culture of aged adult stem cells (AASC) for a time period ranging from about 24 hours to about 30 days to generate a reprogrammed AASC (R-AASC) wherein the AASC were obtained from a second subject and wherein the R-AASC when infused into a breast cancer stem model results in a reduced number of breast cancer cells in bone marrow in comparison to a breast cancer stem model having AASC that have not been reprogrammed.
