Abstract: A three-dimensional scan editing method can include providing a set of three-dimensional model data defining a three-dimensional subject, and displaying the data as a reconstructed image. A user may select one or more voxels and change its state to over-writable. The state change may be reflected by a visual cue such as color or transparency. An image capture device may be provided and its field of view may be co-registered with the selected voxels. The user may then acquire new 3D model data with the device and overwrite the selected voxels with the new data.

  • Patent number: 9114003
Abstract: Surgical tools, kits, and methods for breast implants are provided. One surgical tool is a rigid or semi-rigid form that matches the size and shape of a corresponding breast implant. The form may be employed to determine skin tension when inserted into a breast. The form may also be employed to mark a fixation suture line for attachment between an acellular dermal matrix and the chest wall of a patient in some instances. However, in other instances a breast implant template surgical tool may be employed to mark one or more fixation suture lines. The breast implant template may be thin and flexible, and define a perimeter matching the size and shape of a footprint of a corresponding breast implant. Marking around the perimeter of the form or the breast implant template allows for convenient selection of fixation suture lines which may result in desirable overall breast symmetry.

Abstract: A first code may be obtained by a computing system. The computing system may support a first interactive media product and a second interactive media product. The first interactive media product and the second interactive media product may be thematically associated. It may be determined that activating the first code enables a first capability in the first interactive media product, and also enables a second capability in the second interactive media product. The first code may be activated, and based on activation of the first code, the first capability in the first interactive media product and the second capability in the second interactive media product may be enabled. The first capability and the second capability may be different.

  • Publication number: 20150202860
Abstract: The present invention relates to a self-aligning stencil device for producing a multi-color composite image on a target surface. The self-aligning stencil device includes a central panel and a plurality of stencil panels foldably connected to the central panel. The central panel includes a solid region and a cut-out region. The solid region of the central panel includes a front surface and a back surface, and is defined by an outer border of the central panel and an inner border of the central panel. The cut-out region is vacant space that is defined by the inner border of the central panel. Each stencil panel has its own distinct stencil pattern and is foldably connected to a different corresponding portion of the outer border of the central panel, thereby forming a connection fold between each stencil panel and its corresponding portion of the outer border of the central panel.

  • Patent number: 9079234
Abstract: The pressures provided by several wheels or rollers on various members of a metal panel are controlled to produce a curved panel of desired radius with little or no distortion. Predetermined pressures are used to achieve the desired curvature and increased pressures provide smaller radii of curvature. For metal ā€œUā€ panels pressure is preferably applied on two members. For seamed metal panels pressure is preferably applied on three members. Additional curvature may be obtained by use of a curving bar. Motors drive the wheels, which urge these panel members through the wheels, the wheels having a separation distance less than the original thickness of the metal. This results in the metal of those members being elongated, thereby curving the panel with little or no distortion. In exemplary embodiments curved panels may be formed at a rate of 22-25 feet per minute or at 40-55 feet per minute.
