  • Patent number: 10304951
Abstract: In a method of further enhancing the performance of a narrow active cell IE type trench gate IGBT having the width of active cells narrower than that of inactive cells, it is effective to shrink the cells so that the IE effects are enhanced. However, when the cells are shrunk simply, the switching speed is reduced due to increased gate capacitance. A cell formation area of the IE type trench gate IGBT is basically composed of first linear unit cell areas having linear active cell areas, second linear unit cell areas having linear hole collector areas and linear inactive cell areas disposed therebetween.

  • Patent number: 10299741
Abstract: Methods and systems are described for operating an imaging sensor, the imaging sensor including a multi-dimensional sensor. An electronic processor receives an output from the multi-dimensional sensor and transitions the imaging sensor from the low-power state into a ready state in response to a determination by the electronic processor, based on the output from the multi-dimensional sensor, that a first state transition criteria is satisfied and transitions the imaging sensor from the ready state into an armed state in response to a determination that a second state transition criteria is satisfied. In some implementations, the electronic processor operates the imaging sensor to capture image data only when operating in the armed state and prevents the imaging system from transitioning from the low-power state directly into the armed state.

  • Patent number: 10305921
Abstract: A network security apparatus includes a packet detector detecting transmission of data packets between a plurality of hosts and a plurality of domains and defining a plurality of links therefrom. A model builder circuit receives the plurality of links from the packet detector, receives ground truth information labeling one or more of the plurality of hosts or one or more of the plurality of domains as benign or malicious, generates predictive models from the received links and ground truth information, and stores generated predictive models in a predictive model database. An anomaly detector circuit retrieves the generated predictive models from the predictive model database and uses the predictive models to label each of the plurality of hosts and plurality of domains, that have not previously been labeled by the ground truth information, as benign or malicious.
