    Abstract: A stabilized Ace2 variant has a disulfide bond introduced by substituting cysteine for amino acid residue pairs at specific positions of the Ace2 protein, thereby having excellent stability. The stabilized Ace2 variant exhibits high binding affinity for SARS-CoV-2 virus and excellent stability even in an aqueous solution condition. When the stabilized Ace2 variant is applied to a therapeutic agent for COVID-19, which is the SARS-CoV-2 infectious disease, the shelf stability, in-vivo stability, and therapeutic effect of the therapeutic agent may all be improved. In addition, since it uses the amino acid sequence derived from the receptor for SARS-CoV-2, it may effectively work even against various virus mutant strains.

    Abstract: Proposed are a speech recognition system and method for automatically calibrating a data label. A speech recognition method for automatically calibrating a data label according to an embodiment may comprise the steps of: performing confidence-based filtering to find the location of occurrence of a wrong label in time-series speech data, in which a correct label and the wrong label are temporally mixed, by using a transformer-based speech recognition model; and after performing filtering, replacing a label at a decoder time step, which has been determined to be a wrong label by the location of occurrence of the wrong label, so as to improve the performance of the transformer-based speech recognition model, wherein the step of performing confidence-based filtering to find the location of occurrence of the wrong label in the time-series speech data comprises finding and calibrating the wrong label using the confidence obtained by using a transition probability between labels at every decoder time step.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel violaxanthin-overproducing strain of Chlorella vulgaris and a method of producing violaxanthin therefrom. The inventors have developed a strain that produces violaxanthin at a significantly higher level than a wild-type strain by inducing a random chemical mutation in a Chlorella vulgaris strain to, and then as a result of analysis, confirmed that the strain produces violaxanthin up to 0.41% based on dry weight, which reaches the highest level that is possible to be produced in microalgae. Furthermore, as a method of effectively extracting a carotenoid pigment containing violaxanthin from the strain was established, since the strain and the developed pigment extraction method according to the present invention allow effective production and separation of violaxanthin, the strain is expected to increase commercial applications such as cosmetics, health functional foods and feed.
