In such a structure, it is further structured such that a C ring engaged with the cutout portion of the wiper pivot is released from the cutout portion when a load equal to or more than a predetermined value acts on the wiper pivot. In this case, as a result, the wiper pivot is moved to an inner side of the vehicle body.
