    Abstract: A method of preparing a water-based adhesive with high binding property based on polymer composites is provided, belonging to the technical field of preparation of water-based adhesives. The present invention specifically relates to a method of forming a polymer composite by blending solutions and then preparing the water-based adhesive with high binding property. The preparation method of the present invention is simple, obtaining the composite polymer hydrogel merely by blending solutions, with the dense water-based adhesive produced by centrifugation. This water-based adhesive is formed based on multiple weak interactions among the polymers, with the forming process simple and efficient and involving no sophisticated instruments and equipment; no organic solvent needs to be added in the preparation process, odor free, non-toxic and environment-protective, and common raw materials are used that are inexpensive.

The reusable water writing paper is consisted of a substrate as structure-support material, a color-displaying component supported on the substrate, and an optional performance-enhancing additive, wherein the color-displaying component is an oxazoline-based hydrochromic dye, which can change color obviously to display characters and/or patterns after contacting with water, and revert to the initial color to disappear the displayed characters and/or patterns after the water is removed, thereby the water writing paper is reusable. The paper is not only suitable for the exercise of writing or drawing with a brush pen, but also can be used for daily writing with a pen. Furthermore, inkless printing also can be achieved by spraying water.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method of near-net-shape forged molding of the coupler knuckle of the railway vehicle. The present invention solves the problems that the manufacturing the forged coupler knuckle is difficult, and the process is complex, etc. The method of the present invention includes the following steps: material preparation, heating, blank prefabrication, pre-forging, closed-die forging, quenched-tempered heat treatment using waste heat, finish machining, flaw detection, etc. With the closed-die forging technology, the near-net-shape molding of the coupler knuckle can be achieved. The energy and the material are saved. The contour shape and the size do not need to be machined. The use ratio of the material can reach more than 92%. Moreover, during the entire molding, the workpiece is in the three-dimensionally stressed state all the time. The product has a dense texture, a high toughness, a good fatigue resistance, and a long lifetime.

    Abstract: A device and associated method for adjusting electrical impedance based on contact action are disclosed. The device includes a drive unit (1), a contact unit (2), a monitoring unit (3), and a control unit (4). The monitoring unit (3) measures an impedance signal of an electromagnetic functional material (7) in an alternating-current circuit, and transfers the impedance signal to the control unit (4). In response to the impedance signal measured by the monitoring unit (3), the control unit (4) controls the drive unit (1) to apply a mechanical load on the contact unit (2), which causes the contact unit (2) to contact the electromagnetic functional material (7). The value of a contact load is adjusted, so as to adjust the electrical impedance of the electromagnetic functional material (7), thereby achieving the objective of adjusting the impedance matching in the alternating-current circuit in real time.

    Abstract: A method for heating oil shale underground in situ. Shale oil and fuel gas can be obtained from an underground oil shale seam in situ, and the fuel gas can also be obtained from an underground coal seam in situ. Wells are drilled downwardly reaching an operation region of an underground oil shale ore bed. Electricity for partial discharge of the ore bed is conducted into electrodes, and a plasma channel is formed in the ore bed and subjected to breakdown by the electricity; after the resistance of each of two electrode regions is lowered, the two electrodes are used for conducting currents into the plasma channel in the oil shale ore bed; the oil shale ore bed is heated under the resistance heating function of the plasma channel; and released heat is used for realizing thermal cracking and gasification of fixed organic carbon in the oil shale ore bed.
