A part included in the metal clip and positioned on the distal end side of the metal clip is formed as pinching portions capable of being opened and closed. The rib functions so as to temporarily hold the metal clip by being pinched by the pinching portions of the metal clip.

Abstract: The present invention provides an automobile sound insulation panel which suitably implements a lightweight sound insulation panel with an expanded sound isolation-target frequency band and improved sound isolation performance. An automobile sound insulation panel includes a first panel member, a second panel member, and an elastic sheet member positioned between the first panel member and the elastic sheet member. The elastic sheet member includes a first projection-recess part. The first panel member abuts on respective upper opening edges of a plurality of recesses that form the first projection-recess part. Individual air layers exist between the second panel member and the elastic sheet member. A continuous air layer exists between the first panel member and the elastic sheet member.

Abstract: An automobile interior trim includes: a resin core member formed to have a predetermined shape; a surface member bonded to a front surface of the resin core member; a plurality of reinforcement ribs provided at a back surface of the resin core member in a width direction of the resin core member; and a recess formed at an upper end surface of each of the reinforcement ribs as means for setting a terminal part of the resin core member as a base point of rupture so that, when a side airbag deploys on the back surface side of the resin core member, the terminal part of the resin core member ruptures by force of the deployment. A slit is formed at the terminal part of the surface member adjacent to the base point of the rupture of the resin core member.

A headliner which is a vehicle interior component includes a sheet-like core member formed of a urethane foam. An escutcheon includes: a first vertical wall part covering the circumference of a handle base vertical wall part having a shape of a frame; a second vertical wall part having a shape of a frame continuous in a circumferential direction along a handle opening, the second vertical wall part having its height set corresponding to a clearance between a projecting end of the handle base vertical wall part and a back surface of the door trim; and a continuous part connecting between the first vertical wall part and the second vertical wall part.

The planar heater is disposed between a resin core member and a surface member which form the armrest or the ornament member, and includes a nonwoven fabric and a heating wire fixed to the nonwoven fabric. The nonwoven fabric includes first and second bonded parts and a connection part connecting between the first and second bonded parts. The second bonded part is routed to be disposed on the back surface side of the armrest (the back surface side of the ornament member) by the connection part being inserted into an interface gap between the armrest and the ornament member. A thermostat is mounted on the second bonded part.

The projecting part is positioned around the one end of the flange firstly inserted into the groove and enters inside the groove preceding the portion around the one end of the flange when an insert position misalignment of the flange relative to the groove occurs. Thus, the projecting part functions as means for correcting the insert position misalignment of the flange.
