One of the pair of connecting pieces has a fragile portion that becomes a deformation starting point of the bracket when a load is applied from the fixing base to the grip attachment portion.

At the connecting portion (15), buckling rigidity is adjusted by a slit for compression buckling adjustment (16) so as to substantially equalize the buckling rigidity at each portion of the peripheral wall (11), whereby the cylindrical shape of the shock-absorbing member (10) is crushed and deformed in the axial direction in an orderly manner.
