Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide ASO that can effectively suppress a formation of RNA foci spontaneously occurring in neurons having SCA36 mutation, without inducing the cleavage of NOP56 pre-mRNA. The present invention provides an oligonucleotide comprising a nucleotide sequence in which one or more nucleotide sequences represented by SEQ ID NO: 2 are consecutively connected and is complementary to pre-mRNA of NOP56 gene, wherein a structure formed by the hybridization of the oligonucleotide to the pre-mRNA is resistant to RNaseH.
Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a novel method for making it possible to efficiently induce/produce endocrine cells from pluripotent stem cells. Insulin-producing cells including cells that are insulin-positive and NKX6.1-positive cells in a ratio of at least 30% and cells that are insulin-positive and NKX6.1-negative in a ratio of more than 15%.

Abstract: A learning-type real space information generation system uses sensor data that can be efficiently uploaded from an information terminal device to a server, and which is capable of generating highly accurate real space information. A plurality of information terminal devices and a server are connected via in a communicable state via a network. The control unit of each information terminal device controls a transmission unit, based on the importance of elements configuring real space information, the importance being determined by an importance determination unit of the server such that sensor data corresponding to an element configuring the real space information and having high importance is preferentially transmitted. The generation unit of the server uses a feature model to generate real space information, based on elements configuring real space information and having high importance extracted by an extraction unit from the most recent sensor data received by a reception unit.
Abstract: A clearance narrowing material containing a brush-shaped polymer chain aggregate formed of multiple polymer chains immobilized on a substrate. The invention provides a clearance narrowing material which can effectively prevent fluid leakage through a clearance and which does not disturb relative movement of members to form a clearance, and can realize an article in which fluid leakage through a clearance can be effectively prevented and the members to form a clearance can move smoothly.

Abstract: A mucosal vaccine composition for preventing bovine mastitis, comprising: an antigen derived from Staphylococcus aureus; and a nanogel comprising a polysaccharide having a cationic functional group and a hydrophobic functional group in side chains. The lens is configured to change and condense optical paths of laser light beams emitted from the light emitting elements. Abstract: The present invention provides a silicon carbide fiber reinforced silicon carbide composite material, which is a composite material of SiC fibers and SiC ceramics with improved toughness and can be produced with high yield by relatively simple steps without complex steps such as a step of oxidation-resistant coating or an advanced interface control step. The silicon carbide composite material comprises a multiphase matrix and silicon carbide fibers disposed in the matrix, the matrix containing a silicon carbide phase and a phase that includes a substance of low reactivity with respect to silicon carbide. It can be obtained by steps suitable for mass production and ensures greatly improved fracture toughness while maintaining the excellent properties of SiC ceramics.
Abstract: An infusion set (1) includes: a first flow path (10a) having a first connector (11a) and a downstream connector (19); a first open/close valve (12a), a first liquid surface sensor (13a), a second liquid surface sensor (13b), a drip chamber (14), and a variable valve (17) that are provided in this order on the first flow path from the first connector side toward the downstream connector side; a droplet sensor (15) with which the drip chamber is provided; a second flow path (10b) having a second connector (11b); and a second open/close valve (12b) provided on the second flow path. Abstract: The present invention provides a derivative of hydroxylated fatty acid which has a high content of hydroxylated fatty acid, and permits easy ingestion and easy handling, and a production method thereof. The present invention provides a method for producing a homopolymer of hydroxylated fatty acid, including polymerizing the hydroxylated fatty acid by using an enzyme. The homopolymer of hydroxylated fatty acid is stabilized. In addition, a novel, utilizable homopolymer of hydroxylated fatty acid obtained by this production method is also provided.
