Abstract: The present invention relates to a nail polish composition comprising: at least one high gloss film forming agent chosen from a styrene maleic anhydride copolymer; at least one co-film forming agent chosen from an epoxy resin; at least one reactive agent chosen from a combination of a polyalkyleneamine and a polyurethane, at least one polyalkyleneamine, and at least one alkoxysilane comprising at least one solubilizing functional group; at least one solvent chosen from at least one volatile solvent and water; optionally, at least one plasticizer; and optionally, at least one colorant, wherein the composition does not require use of nitrocellulose and can be used to makeup or protect nails.

Abstract: The subject of the invention is a composition for dyeing keratin fibres, comprising at least one 1,8-dihydroxynaphthalene derivative and at least one basifying agent other than aqueous ammonia; the use of the composition for hair dyeing and also the use of the composition in a dyeing process for keratin fibres. The composition according to the invention makes it possible to dye keratin fibres under mild oxidizing conditions even without using an oxidation base and an aromatic amine, while at the same time covering a broad colour range with 1,8-dihydroxynaphthalene derivatives. The observed dyeing under oxidizing conditions operates under mild conditions of oxidation and/or basifying agent, in particular in the air, and does not produce any unpleasant odour.

The method includes selecting a virtual agent in the network to provide mobility services to the MN. The virtual agent represents a set of mobile resources proximate to the MN. The virtual agent is selected such that the MN receives a better quality of service when communicating with the CN through the virtual agent. A provisioning message is sent to the selected virtual agent including parameters for a session between the MN and CN. The provisioning message initiates a flow redirection at the virtual agent. A provisioning acknowledgement message is received from the virtual agent indicating that the virtual agent is receiving data packets from the CN and forwarding the data packets to the MN at the care-of address.

Abstract: A multi-bit HARQ feedback is transmitted by a receiver to a transmitter. The multi-bit feedback is a function of a level of convergence reached by a decoder when the previously transmitted coded data bits bit were decoded. The transmitter is configured to select a set of coded data bits for a retransmission as a function of the multi-bit feedback. In some embodiments, different redundancy versions of the coded data bits may be selected as a function of the multi-bit feedback. In other embodiments, a bit puncturing or bit repetition pattern may be selected as a function of the multi-bit feed back.
