Abstract: A method and arrangement in a segmentation manager (200, 600) for forming segments of customers in a communications network for use when offering services to customers jointly in those segments. In the segmentation manager, data relating to the customers' service usage and websites browsed by the customers is collected (500) and subject domains associated to the browsed websites are identified (502). A browsing behaviour of each customer is also determined (504) based on their browsed websites and associated subject domains, and domain interests of each customer are determined (506) based on their browsing behaviour. At least one customer segment is then assigned (508) to each customer based on his/her service usage and domain interests.

Abstract: Retrieval devices and related systems and methods are provided. A retrieval device comprises an elongate element having a collapsible retriever at its distal end, wherein the collapsible retriever can be axially delivered over or through an introducer to the site of an object to be retrieved, e.g., a failed endoluminal device. When the retrieval device reaches the failed endoluminal device, the endoluminal device and the retrieval device are withdrawn together through the introducer. The introducer is configured to force the retrieval device down over the endoluminal device reducing the french size of the spent endoluminal device upon extraction. The collapsible retriever can be configured to side-mount a delivery element, or it can be integrated into a delivery system.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for event analysis in a communication (telecommunication or computer) system. In particular, the invention relates to a method and apparatus for analysing events representing activity in the communication system. Embodiments provide a progressive technique for the analysis of the operation of a communication system. Embodiments provide a bottom-up approach by first detecting burst of events, and establishing causal relationships between events and system operation reports using detected event burst records representing the occurrence of burst behaviors in events in a system. Based on the causal relationships found, causes of a change in system operation may be identified by determining parameters associated with events of an event burst relevant to the change in system operation.

The method comprises receiving a request for QoS resources to be provided to a bearer for traffic of a user of a subscriber/service group from which the request originated. A Resource Class (RC) parameter is assigned to the request. The RC parameter identifies a resource partition and the originating subscriber/service group, A Gx-Request that includes the RC parameter is forwarded to the EPC network to invoke application of the requested QoS resources so as to establish a bearer in accordance with the predetermined policies identifiable from the RC.
