Abstract: A collapsible container is provided. The collapsible container includes a substantially rigid upper rim, and a container portion that is made entirely of a flexible (collapsible) material. The flexible container has a base and side walls extending upward from the base. The side walls include at least one living hinge, and the base is formed with a structural ribbing configuration. The structural ribbing integrated into the base and formed of the flexible material creates a level of rigidity in the same that allows the entire container to collapse and extend without requirement any other materials incorporated into the container portion.

Abstract: A self-leveling measuring device is provided. The self-leveling measuring device includes at least two measuring devices each having a measuring cup. The two measuring devices are hinged together at one end so they swivel with respect to each other and are positioned such that the measuring cup of a first device is positioned opposite the measuring device of a second device when the two are positioned over each other. The upper measuring device acts as a leveler for ingredients contained in the lower measuring device by swiveling the upper device over the ingredient filled lower device measuring cup, and can also act as a cover for the ingredient filled lower measuring cup when positioned over the same.

Abstract: A collapsible drying rack having a flexible base capable of being folded along at least one fold line or axis, and a substantially rigid drying support secured to a portion of the flexible base. The drying support has one or more tines configured to have a first folded position and a second upright operable position. A locking mechanism secures the tines in their upright operable position. The flexible base can be folded over the drying support (when the tines are folded down) and secured in the folded position for storage.

Abstract: A foldable organizer bagging system. Plurality of pieces durable fabrics are seamed to form a flat sheet with a zipping mechanism mounted at two opposing sides and allows use as a picnic tote. On these plurality pieces of durable fabrics, multiple slotted pockets are attached to hold dishware, glassware and napkin and utensils. With a zipping motion, two side pieces fold into the bottom piece and the flat sheet forms a bagging system with a internal spacing for containing an anchored and separate bag for containing food and other items.

Abstract: A knife sharpener having an angled bolster for providing predetermined sharpening angles with respect to the sharpening surface is provided. The angled bolster of the knife sharpener preferably includes two different angled surfaces for establishing at least two different predetermined sharpening angles for a cutting implement to be sharpened. The angled bolster is configured to set up the knife sharpening angle at predetermined angles with respect to the sharpening surface.

Abstract: A self-centering and self-gripping corkscrew is provided. A centering and locking mechanism is integrated into the bottle receiving opening of the corkscrew such that in one downward motion a bottleneck is securely gripped and automatically centered under the cork removing device (e.g., a worm screw). The centering and gripping mechanism is spring biased downward and utilizes compression techniques configured into an outer mechanism (contained within the bottle receiving opening of corkscrew) and the body of the corkscrew to simultaneously grip and align the bottle with the axis of the cork removing device. The locking mechanism is part of the centering mechanism and allows the corkscrew to remain locked onto the bottleneck (after centering and gripping) during activation of the cork removing device and removal of the corresponding cork. An upward motion opposite the locking motion disengages the mechanism, removing the corkscrew from the bottle.

Abstract: A food chopper having an integrated cutting surface for a food chopper is provided. The integrated cutting surface can be incorporated into food chopping compartment of the chopper and may include a window for allowing visual inspection of the chopped food while still within the compartment. The food chopper includes blade mechanism having at least one V-shaped blade and a blade cover/cleaner configured to maintain the at least one V-shaped blade covered from user exposure even when the food chopping compartment is removed from the chopper.

The food pusher is designed to have a self-aligning function when used with the slicer. The food grip portion of the food pusher includes multiple surfaces configured to allow the pusher to self-align between the walls of the slicer during use while also maintain constant and fixed contact with the food product being sliced.
