  • Publication number: 20250139684
Abstract: A multi-modal e-commerce system for providing artificial intelligence (AI)-based ticket booking to a plurality of users, comprising a system application running on a user device and an AI-enabled engine. The system application includes a hybrid interface, which includes a first interface and a second interface. The first interface is configured to receive user input in a natural language via a chatbot. The AI-enabled engine processes the user input to generate a searchable query. It uses the searchable query from the user input as one or more keywords to identify a plurality of results. A textual output is generated in the natural language on the first interface based on the plurality of results, and a visual output is generated on the second interface based on the plurality of results. The plurality of results is based on user demographics, preferences, and user feedback from an event database.

  • Patent number: 12218807
Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to a method that involves in training a machine-learning model using historical data to generate predictive outputs for future routing performance. The method determines optimal routing values based on the model's predictions and uses a reinforcement learning algorithm to select these values from a set of candidates. A positive transmission feedback is generated when a data packet is successfully transmitted, which updates the selection model, thereby refining future routing decisions. The determined routing values are transmitted to a network management system to optimize data packet routing through the network.

  • Patent number: 12182739
Abstract: Communications over short-range connections are used to facilitate whether access to resources is to be granted. For example, upon device discovery of one of an electronic user device and an electronic client device by the other device over a Bluetooth Low Energy connection, an access-enabling code associated with a user device or account can be evaluated for validity and applicability with respect to one or more particular resource specifications. User identity can be verified by comparing the user against previously obtained biometric information.

  • Patent number: 12153699
Abstract: A method for detection and use of device identifiers to enhance the security of data transfers between electronic devices. A first electronic device can transmit access data to a second electronic device. The access data can be associated with a first access code that can be generated based at least in part on data representing a device identifier of the first electronic device. A device identifier can uniquely identify the first electronic device from a plurality of electronic devices. Transferring the access data can involve transforming the first access code into a second access code that can include data representing a device identifier associated with the second electronic device. Transforming the first access code into the second access code can facilitate access to a resource associated with the access data for a second user, but not for a first user.

  • Publication number: 20240388588
Abstract: A system that facilitates access control at venues through cohort affinity grouping. It verifies users' authenticity by comparing credentials stored in a database, then identifies related users based on social graph data, such as past attendance and social media activity. By determining correlation values among users, it forms cohorts associated with the venue's resources. Users select and join cohorts, and access rights are transmitted accordingly. A smart queue system triggers notifications for check-in, optimizing the process based on predefined intervals. Any member's check-in request triggers check-in for the entire cohort, streamlining entry. The system assigns queue numbers and notifies users of seating arrangements, fostering a cohesive user experience.

  • Patent number: 12143384
Abstract: A resource-access management system detects whether a user is authorized to access resources. The system may include a user device being configured to include a sensor that detects sensor data associated with the user. Further, the system includes a client qualification engine that determines whether or not a client is authorized to access the resources by comparing the sensor data with a plurality of patterns for evaluating whether or not the user is an authorized user. User scores are generated based on the compared sensor data and the plurality of patterns. Further, a composite score corresponding to the user is generated using the sensor data, plurality of patterns, and one or more additional criteria. Whether the user is granted access to the resources, presented with unauthorized user tests, or blocked from access to the resources depends on the composite score and threshold values.

  • Publication number: 20240346347
Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to a primary load management system configured to execute machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques to generate predictions of access-right requests that are or are likely to be invalid before the access-right requests are processed for assignment to users or user devices. The present disclosure relates to systems and methods that collect a data set representing characteristics of user devices as the user devices interact with various systems of the primary load management system and train a machine-learning model to predict invalid access-right requests using the collected data set. The collected data set may include a log line that represents each user device, and each log line may be labeled based on an invalidity evaluation. New access-right requests can be processed using the trained machine-learning model to determine whether or not to assign access rights in response to the access-right request.

  • Patent number: 12073339
Abstract: Techniques herein attempt to provide actors with more flexible and satisfactory experiences regarding obtaining tickets for an event. A learning model may identify attributes indicative of whether a particular actor (e.g., attempting to purchase tickets to an event) possesses a desirable characteristic (e.g., is likely to attend the event). Each actor can then be evaluated to estimate whether she is a good actor (possesses the characteristic). If so, favored opportunities may be made available, such as the opportunity to buy high-demand tickets. An actor may further have the opportunity to hold or reserve tickets for a period time, during which other actors cannot purchase them. A fee for holding or reserving tickets (and/or maintaining the hold or reserve) can be dynamically set based on market factors. Opportunities to modify seat assignments to allow a group of friends to sit together may also be provided.

  • Publication number: 20240273484
Abstract: The present disclosure provides systems and methods that may convert traditional tickets into secure digital assets protected by cryptographic public/private keys that deploy these tickets on a blockchain. By structuring these tickets as smart digital contracts, such system can act as a self-policing escrow while simultaneously allowing ticket issuers greater control over the tickets after the tickets leave the ticket issuers' possession. The system can incorporate specific capabilities into the digital assets to provide an increased level of multiple ownership, security granularity, and sales restrictions in ticket transactions.
