Abstract: A resource-access management system detects whether a user is authorized to access resources. The system may include a user device being configured to include a sensor that detects sensor data associated with the user. Further, the system includes a client qualification engine that determines whether or not a client is authorized to access the resources by comparing the sensor data with a plurality of patterns for evaluating whether or not the user is an authorized user. User scores are generated based on the compared sensor data and the plurality of patterns. Further, a composite score corresponding to the user is generated using the sensor data, plurality of patterns, and one or more additional criteria. Whether the user is granted access to the resources, presented with unauthorized user tests, or blocked from access to the resources depends on the composite score and threshold values.

Abstract: Communications over short-range connections are used to facilitate whether access to resources is to be granted. For example, upon device discovery of one of an electronic user device and an electronic client device by the other device over a Bluetooth Low Energy connection, an access-enabling code associated with a user device or account can be evaluated for validity and applicability with respect to one or more particular resource specifications. User identity can be verified by comparing the user against previously obtained biometric information.

Abstract: Certain aspects and features of the present disclosure relate to systems and methods that generate machine-learning models to predict whether user devices are likely to meet defined objectives. For example, a machine-learning model can be generated to predict whether or not a user device is likely to access a resource. In some implementations, a semi-supervised model can be used to determine to what extent user devices are predicted to satisfy the defined objective(s). For example, a resource-affinity parameter can be generated as a result of inputting various data points into a semi-supervised model. The various data points can be access from a plurality of data sources, and can represent one or more activities or attributes associated with a user. The value of the resource-affinity parameter can be evaluated to determine the extent to which the user is likely to meet an objective.

A first software module executing in a server is configured to cancel a first ticket for a first seat at first event associated with a first user, and issue a second ticket for the first seat to a second user at least partly in response to an instruction from the first user received from a first user terminal and an instruction from the second user received from a second user terminal.

Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to controlling access to resources by selectively processing requests stored in a task queue to prioritize certain requests over others, thereby preventing automated scripts from accessing the resources. More specifically, the present disclosure relates to a normalization and prioritization system for controlling access to resources by queuing resource requests based on a client-defined normalization process that uses one or more data sources.

Abstract: Authentication systems and methods can selectively authenticate a request to access a resource data store storing access rights associated with a user device. The systems and methods can scalably execute challenges workflows as part of the authentication process. For example, a request to access one or more access rights stored in the data store can be received from the user device. The user device can be authenticated using challenge workflows selected based on a device identifier of the user device. The selected challenge workflows can be executed to determine whether or not to grant access to the access rights stored in the resource data store.

Abstract: A system and method for reassignment of tickets in a live event via network communications for scheduling data transfers between systems. One or more data requesting systems may request access to particular data for one or more tickets to a venue for the live event causing a task to be performed to exchange the particular data between a data accessing system having access to the particular data and a data requesting system requesting access to the particular data. In some embodiments, the communication exchange may be initiated based on a parameter included in the request that the task be performed.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides systems and methods that may convert traditional tickets into secure digital assets protected by cryptographic public/private keys that deploy these tickets on a blockchain. By structuring these tickets as smart digital contracts, such system can act as a self-policing escrow while simultaneously allowing ticket issuers greater control over the tickets after the tickets leave the ticket issuers' possession. The system can incorporate specific capabilities into the digital assets to provide an increased level of multiple ownership, security granularity, and sales restrictions in ticket transactions.

Abstract: Embodiments relate to processing a request from a user device for access rights for a resource. An access management system can send a request to query a (e.g., cached or authoritative) data store for available access rights. The query may include an exact-match or fuzzy query. A set of access-right results responsive to the query can be identified. The system may transmit a communication to the user device that identifies the set, or a subset thereof. Upon receiving a selection of a result, the system can facilitate assigning access rights corresponding to the identified result to the user. In some instances, a level of precision at which a characteristic of an access-right result is identified and/or whether or how access rights are held depends on a request load.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure include a platform for a resource provisioning system. The platform can execute big data analysis techniques to access-right data to generate statistics that characterize a set of users. For example, characteristics of users who access resources events can be analyzed with varying levels of detail. The access-right data can include access right assignments, and data identifying the users to which access rights are assigned. In some implementations, spatial management systems can access the platform to generate statistics for the resources.

Abstract: Systems and methods for facilitating shared access-right evaluation using linked communication channels are provided. A first communication can be received over a first communication link from a first user device, and a second communication can be received over a second communication link from a second user device. The first and second communications can include requests for the assignment of access rights. Map data can be generated and transmitted to each of the first and second user devices. Each user device can display a visual representation of access-right data. Further, a communication session can be facilitated between the first user device and the second user device. Abstract: One embodiment of the present invention provides apparatus and methods for queuing access by large numbers of Internet or other network-based users to networked systems and resources with limited capacity. In one example embodiment, a queuing system provides user access to network resources, such as that of a ticketing system. A ticket queue queues a request received from a client system. A request processing module causes the client system to repeatedly transmit messages to the system during a first period, and in response to determining that the client system has ceased transmitting messages during the first period, the request is remove from the queue and/or cause the request goes unfulfilled.

Abstract: Techniques herein attempt to provide actors with more flexible and satisfactory experiences regarding obtaining tickets for an event. A learning model may identify attributes indicative of whether a particular actor (e.g., attempting to purchase tickets to an event) possesses a desirable characteristic (e.g., is likely to attend the event). Each actor can then be evaluated to estimate whether she is a good actor (possesses the characteristic). If so, favored opportunities may be made available, such as the opportunity to buy high-demand tickets. An actor may further have the opportunity to hold or reserve tickets for a period time, during which other actors cannot purchase them. A fee for holding or reserving tickets (and/or maintaining the hold or reserve) can be dynamically set based on market factors. Opportunities to modify seat assignments to allow a group of friends to sit together may also be provided.

Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to systems and methods that provide a network environment that enables reassignment platforms to provide authentic access rights for reassignment to user devices. More specifically, the present disclosure relates to systems and methods in which a reassignment platform can execute a protocol implemented using code (e.g., an Application Programming Interface (API)) to validate the authenticity of access rights made available for reassignment, and once reassigned, reissue the access rights to a new user and transmit those access rights to user devices natively in a mobile application.
