Abstract: A method for identifying a simulated social media account history is provided. The method may include querying a social media account to obtain social media identification information. The querying may determine whether the account history includes one or more parameters that indicate whether the social media account is related to an automated entity or a human entity. The parameters may include at least one of less than a threshold number of friends on the account; more than a threshold frequency of historic ticket purchases per unit time; disparate location of historic ticket purchases per unit time and/or a historic record of less than a threshold reaction time to a plurality of ticket offers.

Abstract: Embodiments relate to using sensor data and location data from a device to generate augmented reality images. A mobile device pose can be determined (a geographic position, direction and a three dimensional orientation of the device) within a location. A type of destination in the location can be identified and multiple destinations can be identified, with the mobile device receiving queue information about the identified destinations from a server. A first image can be captured. Based on the queue information, one of the identified destinations can be selected. The geographic position of each identified destination can be identified, and these positions can be combined with the mobile device pose to generate a second image. Finally, an augmented reality image can be generated by combining the first image and the second image, the augmented reality image identifying the selected one destination.

Abstract: Authentication systems and methods can selectively authenticate a request to access a resource data store storing access rights associated with a user device. The systems and methods can scalably execute challenges workflows as part of the authentication process. For example, a request to access one or more access rights stored in the data store can be received from the user device. The user device can be authenticated using challenge workflows selected based on a device identifier of the user device. The selected challenge workflows can be executed to determine whether or not to grant access to the access rights stored in the resource data store.

Abstract: Certain embodiments of the present disclosure relate to systems and methods that control access to system resources, such as interfaces, access rights to events, query systems, and other suitable system resources. Further, certain embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a collision detection technique that is implemented to control which and/or a number of queue positions within a queue that are processed. In some implementations, a collision may be detected when two or more users request the same access right within a defined time period.

A queue protocol may include at least a first protocol for facilitating transfer of data in the queue to another queue processed by another processing device or a second protocol for inhibiting transfer of data in the queue to another queue.

Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to systems and methods that provide a network environment that enables reassignment platforms to provide authentic access rights for reassignment to user devices. More specifically, the present disclosure relates to systems and methods in which a reassignment platform can execute a protocol implemented using code (e.g., an Application Programming Interface (API)) to validate the authenticity of access rights made available for reassignment, and once reassigned, reissue the access rights to a new user and transmit those access rights to user devices natively in a mobile application.

Abstract: Certain aspects and features of the present disclosure relate to systems and methods that generate machine-learning models to predict whether user devices are likely to meet defined objectives. For example, a machine-learning model can be generated to predict whether or not a user device is likely to access a resource. In some implementations, a semi-supervised model can be used to determine to what extent user devices are predicted to satisfy the defined objective(s). For example, a resource-affinity parameter can be generated as a result of inputting various data points into a semi-supervised model. The various data points can be access from a plurality of data sources, and can represent one or more activities or attributes associated with a user. The value of the resource-affinity parameter can be evaluated to determine the extent to which the user is likely to meet an objective.

Abstract: A method for detection and use of device identifiers to enhance the security of data transfers between electronic devices. A first electronic device can transmit access data to a second electronic device. The access data can be associated with a first access code that can be generated based at least in part on data representing a device identifier of the first electronic device. A device identifier can uniquely identify the first electronic device from a plurality of electronic devices. Transferring the access data can involve transforming the first access code into a second access code that can include data representing a device identifier associated with the second electronic device. Transforming the first access code into the second access code can facilitate access to a resource associated with the access data for a second user, but not for a first user.

Abstract: Systems and methods for selecting tiering protocols based on data transmissions over mesh networks within defined spatial areas can be provided. A mesh network can be established within a defined spatial area. Each network device within the mesh network can be a user device or a supernode. Further, a wireless communication link can be established between the user devices and supernodes. A plurality of tiered protocols for tiering data transmissions can be accessed. Data to be transmitted over the mesh network can be analyzed to determine which tiered protocol to select. Path data that identifies a routing path from the a user device to a supernode can be generated, and the data can be transmitted according to the path data.

Abstract: Embodiments relate to processing a request from a user device for access rights for a resource. An access management system can send a request to query a (e.g., cached or authoritative) data store for available access rights. The query may include an exact-match or fuzzy query. A set of access-right results responsive to the query can be identified. The system may transmit a communication to the user device that identifies the set, or a subset thereof. Upon receiving a selection of a result, the system can facilitate assigning access rights corresponding to the identified result to the user. In some instances, a level of precision at which a characteristic of an access-right result is identified and/or whether or how access rights are held depends on a request load.

Abstract: Methods and systems for reducing burst usage of a networked computer system are described herein. In an embodiment, resource requesters can request, within a time window, resources over a computer network before the resources are available. The resources can then be allocated in batch mode when the resources are available. Thus, resource requests do not have to be processed in real-time, and resource requests can be received before the resources are available.

The location of the first user device can be determined at a time before a defined time period. Further, a protocol execution condition can be detected. Upon detecting the protocol execution condition, executing a protocol. Executing the protocol can include determining a distance between the first user device and a resource location. Whether the distance between the first user device and the resource location is less than or equal to a distance range of the resource location at a time prior to the defined time period can be determined. In response to determining that the distance is not less than or equal to the distance range, accessing a plurality of tasks, selecting a task, and executing the task.
