Abstract: A sealing ring gland receives a sealing ring. The sealing ring gland includes an inner wall surface which seals against an inner periphery of the sealing ring. An outer wall surface is radially offset from the inner wall surface and seals against an outer periphery of the sealing ring. The sealing ring is axially compressed between an upper wall surface and a lower wall surface of the sealing ring gland. At least one of the upper wall surface and the lower wall surface includes an expansion volume which provides space for the sealing ring to expand upon swelling of the sealing ring.
Abstract: Systems and methods for diagnosing health of a battery using in-vehicle impedance analysis. The method includes receiving a sensed current measurement for a cell of the battery; generating a current profile as a function of the sensed current measurement, including pulses to a peak current, the pulses having a pulse frequency (w); applying a current with the current profile to the cell; for each pulse in the current profile, receiving a voltage measurement for the cell that is responsive to the pulse, calculating an impedance for the cell responsive thereto, the impedance comprising a real component at the pulse frequency (RZw), and an imaginary component at the pulse frequency (IZw), identifying a battery health problem when either RZw exceeds a preprogrammed first threshold for the pulse frequency, or when IZw exceeds a preprogrammed second threshold for the pulse frequency, and storing the RZw and the IZw for the cell.

Abstract: Systems and methods for femoral medial condyle spherical center identification and tracking are described herein. Once the spherical center of the medial condyle is identified, the spherical center is tracked using a pin or internal reference. The spherical center may be used to provide a key kinematic motion reference, such as when the medial condyle is adjusted during a surgical procedure. The tracking may be used to provide optical tracking, inertial tracking, or other tracking. In contrast with surface-mounted optical trackers, the spherical center tracking is not lost during resection (e.g., removal) of a bone surface. Tracking the medial condyle spherical center may reduce or eliminate the need for a surface-mounted optical tracker or preoperative 3-D modeling or of the joint.
Abstract: Systems and methods are described for building artificial intelligence (“AI”) pipelines. A user interface (UI) includes selectable pipeline objects, such as a dataset and an AI model, that a user can position and connect on the screen. This causes execution linking between the selected pipeline objects, with the execution linking being visually displayed in the UI. A management policy can be applied to the pipeline, including user or device requirements for accessing the dataset in the pipeline. Then the UI can present a simulated execution of the AI pipeline, in which a test query is input and the pipeline objects execute in an order displayed in the UI. The pipeline can then be deployed for access at an endpoint.

Abstract: A garment to be worn by a wearer includes an outer body that defines a garment shoulder and an underarm portion disposed below the garment shoulder of the garment. The garment includes a bra feature coupled to the underarm portion. The bra feature includes a bra body and a first attachment member. The bra body is configured to encircle a chest of the wearer. The first attachment member extends between a first end and a second end. The first attachment member is coupled to the bra body at the first end and to the underarm portion of the garment at the second end, thereby fixing the bra body to the underarm portion of the garment while permitting movement of the bra body relative to the underarm portion of the garment.
Abstract: A method and a system for user identification of a user in a computer system are provided. The method comprising: obtaining a user identifier associated with the user; assigning a respective window identifier to each user interface window opened by the user on the computing device; for a given working session of a pre-determined number of working sessions: storing a sequence of user interface windows opened by the user; identify, within user interface windows opened over the pre-determined number of working sessions, at least one pattern including a pre-determined number of repetitive sequences of user interface windows; generating a set of parameters characterizing a time elapsed between a transition from a first user interface window to an other user interface window within the at least one pattern; using the set of parameters associated with the at least one pattern and the user identifier to train at least one classifier.
Abstract: A superconducting magnet assembly is provided. The magnet assembly includes a magnet and a switch assembly coupled to the magnet. The switch assembly includes a thermosyphon tube configured to carry cryogen therethrough, a switch, a first pressure valve, and a second pressure valve. The switch is configured to switch between a resistive mode and a superconducting mode, wherein the switch is in thermal contact with the thermosyphon tube. The first pressure valve and the second pressure valve are positioned on the thermosyphon tube and configured to control flow of the cryogen in the thermosyphon tube, and the switch is positioned between the first pressure valve and the second pressure valve. The magnet is configured to generate a polarizing magnetic field based on switching of the switch between the resistive mode and the superconducting mode.

Abstract: Methods, systems and apparatus for determining an error-mitigated expectation value of a target observable with respect to a noisy quantum state. In one aspect a method includes obtaining multiple copies of the noisy quantum state; performing measurements on tensor products of M copies of the noisy quantum state to compute an expectation value of the target observable with respect to an entangled quantum state, wherein M?1 and eigenvalues corresponding to non-dominant eigenvectors of the noisy quantum state in the spectral decomposition of the entangled quantum state are suppressed exponentially in M; and using the computed expectation value of the target observable with respect to an entangled quantum state to determine the error-mitigated expectation value of the target observable with respect to the noisy quantum state.
Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein generally related to a system and method for authenticating a transfer request. A computing system receives a transfer request from a client device. The computing system determines that the monetary amount specified in the transfer request exceeds a threshold. The computing system identifies an automated teller machine (ATM) based on at least location information associated with a user of the client device. The computing system prompts the user to authenticate the transfer request at the identified ATM by transferring a message to the client device to be displayed thereon. The computing system receives an authentication attempt of the user from the ATM. The computing system compares authentication information in the authentication attempt to personal identification information associated with the user. The computing system determines that the authentication information at least partially matches personal identification information associated with the user.
