Patent number: 10973792Abstract: Ketogenic compositions include a racemic mixture of R- and S-beta-hydroxybutyric acids and a racemic mixture of R- and S-beta-hydroxybutyrate salts. The compositions contain the R-enantiomer to elevate ketone bodies and increase the rate at which ketosis is achieved and yet contain an equivalent amount of the S-enantiomer to provide alternative benefits. The R- and S-beta-hydroxybutyric acids are more rapidly absorbed and utilized by the body than salts or esters, enhance taste, and reduce the need to include citric acid or other edible acids. The R- and S-beta-hydroxybutyrate salts are more slowly absorbed and utilized by the body and can provide one or more electrolytes. The ketogenic composition may contain a dietetically or pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and a racemic mixture of R- and S-beta-hydroxybutyrate salts and acids. The composition contains less than 100% by molar equivalents of total R,S-beta-hydroxybutyrate salts and more than 0% by molar equivalents of R,S-beta-hydroxybutyric acids.Type: GrantFiled: February 6, 2020Date of Patent: April 13, 2021Assignee: AXCESS GLOBAL SCIENCES, LLCInventor: Gary Millet

Patent number: 10978057Abstract: A computing device may be configured to receive a content asset and to determine whether the content asset comprises one or more triggers. The trigger may be a word, phrase, or passcode that alerts a voice activated device to the presence of a voice command and may serve as an instruction to the voice activated device to cause execution of the voice command. In response to determining that the content asset comprises one or more triggers, the computing device may be configured to insert one or more signal markers into the content asset at a location corresponding to the one or more triggers, and to cause transmission and/or presentation of the content asset with the one or more signal markers. Patent number: 10974171Abstract: A tank system may be conventional and fixed, or mobile, such as a fracking fluid or other tank trailer. A drain port thereof is fitted with an adapter connecting a snorkel system to drain liquids from near the top of the liquid level in the tank. A snorkel head at the extreme distal end of a tube near the longitudinal center of the tank is suspended by a system of buoys. A flow field controller resists formation of vortices near the snorkel head, so it can operate as near the surface as possible, withdrawing the highest grade oil efficiently without entrainment of overlying gases and vapors, nor the second liquid layered therebelow. All are configured to fit into the tank without requiring any personnel to enter the tank. Oil, water, and sludge may drain through the system to exit the tank.Type: GrantFiled: November 5, 2019Date of Patent: April 13, 2021Assignee: THOUGHT PRESERVE, LLCInventor: David A. Bell
