Abstract: A device may receive images of an object and information identifying the object, process the images using an artificial intelligence technique to identify parts of the object that are depicted in the images, and receive information identifying a location of damage on the object and information regarding the damage on the object. The device may process the information identifying the location of damage to identify a damaged part of the object, identify images depicting the damaged part, and identify, in the images, a location of the damaged part. The device may generate a first content item for display at the location of the damaged part in the images and generate a second content item for display with the images based on user interaction with the first content item, where the second content item includes information based on the information regarding the damage on the object.

Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods for performing soft tissue repair by delivering a suture through the soft tissue and underlying bone at two or more fixation points that can be spaced apart from each other and connected by the suture on the surface of the soft tissue. The two or more fixation points and the suture connected there between can be a continuous strand of suture, which can form a stitching assembly that can provide sufficient fixation in the bone and minimize disruption to the soft tissue and bone. In an example, the suture can be delivered into the bone using one or more implants that can catch the suture to drive the suture through the tissue and into the bone. The one or more implants can include structural features to aid in securing the suture to the implant. In an example, the suture can include structural features or be formed of a material to aid in fixation of the suture in the bone.

Abstract: A vehicle HVAC system delivers airflow to a vehicle occupant cabin having a front row and a rear row. The vehicle HVAC system includes a casing, a front duct, a shifter base assembly and a distribution duct. The front duct defines an airflow passageway that is fluidly coupled to the casing. The shifter base assembly is disposed in the vehicle occupant cabin and includes a base housing defining an airflow passageway that is fluidly coupled to the front duct. The distribution duct defines an airflow passageway that is fluidly coupled to the shifter base assembly and the rear row of the vehicle occupant cabin. The airflow passageways of the casing, the front duct, the base housing and the distribution duct form a continuous passageway through which air flows into the rear row of the vehicle occupant cabin.

Abstract: A vehicle rail assembly has an extending longitudinal rail with a kick down area. A kick down area enabler is positioned in the rail at the kick down area. The kick down area enabler includes a foot rest portion, an outer part portion and a kick down portion all contacting the rail. The outer part portion and kick down portion part are cantilevered from the foot rest portion via welding. The kick down area enabler provides additional energy absorption for the rail to prevent intrusion into a passenger compartment.

A second HAMR writer is configured to write to the surface but not during the initial time period. The initial time period extends from a first time when the disk drive is first used to a second time when a near-field transducer of the first HAMR writer reaches a first wear threshold. During a subsequent time period after the initial time period, to the surface of the disk is written to using the second HAMR writer and not the first HAMR writer.

Abstract: A system and methods for automatically generating rewards with ticket sales is disclosed. The system directs a consumer to a ticket vendor portal where the consumer can place an order for the number of tickets desired. After the payment is confirmed, at the conclusion of the purchase, the rewards associated with the purchase of the tickets are automatically generated and returned to the consumer. The rewards may comprise free or reduced-price tickets for military service members or veterans, as well as for public servants such as members of the police and fire department for example. Civilians or a non-military member can direct rewards for a military member or veteran which is automatically generated by the system. Consumer devices may employ communication systems including cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, RFID, and Geo tracking for tracking consumer activity such as consumer purchasing and redemption of rewards.

Abstract: Databases are often provided according to various organizational models (e.g., document-oriented storage, key/value stores, and relational database), and are accessed through various access models (e.g., SQL, XPath, and schemaless queries). As data is shared across sources and applications, the dependency of a data service upon a particular organizational and/or access models may become confining. Instead, data services may store data in a base representation format, such as an atom-record-sequence model. New data received in a native item format may be converted into the base representation format for storage, and converted into a requested format to fulfill data requests. Queries may be translated from a native query format into a base query format that is applicable to the base representation format of the data set, e.g., via translation into an query intermediate language (such as JavaScript) and compilation into opcodes that are executed by a virtual machine within the database engine.

Abstract: A system for keeping track of an employee's attendance is described that allows the employee to be creative which also helps morale. An employee sets up an employee account and provides identification. A full body image is taken of the employee that is analyzed. Facial features may also be analyzed and stored. The employee then can create his/her own unique gesture which is captured and stored as a unique clock in gesture. He/she may also set up passwords and/or security questions if the gesture is not recognized. The employee then performs the unique clock in gesture to notify the system when he/she is beginning or leaving work. During clock in, the system checks human resource rules, accumulated work hours and characteristics of the employee's employment and clocks in the employee if it determines that the employee meets the rules and is allowed to clock in and work additional hours.

Abstract: A fuel composition and fluid regulation apparatus are provided for an improved fuel composition and distribution. The fuel composition may include or relate to a fluid regulation apparatus, flow component, electronic controller, regulator covers, roller clip mechanism, filling head, feeder stem and distributor. A method to operate an improved fuel composition and/or fluid regulation apparatus is also provided.
