Abstract: A footrest that has a central member that has slots formed in it to receive tabs. Attached to the sides of this member are two members that are hinged to the central member. These members have tabs that fit into the slots on the central member. In this way, the footrest can be folded relatively flat in a small square or rectangular form and then be unpacked and unfolded for use. Once the tabs are secure, the footrest is ready for use. In addition, the footrest has open ends that allow a user to carry the footrest. A handle can also be provided to assist in opening the device. Finally, snap clips (with or without magnets) can be used to secure the tab faces in place for storage.
Abstract: A label material attachable to a product, and a method of applying the label material to the product is described herein. Printed indicia, such as brand identifiers or other labeling information, are applied to the substantially transparent label material using a thermal or other suitable printer. The label material is then bonded to the product using a low heat and pressure technique to activate the adhesive. Once applied to the product, a portion of the label material bonded to the product substantially blends into the product leaving only the printed indicia readily visible to a consumer.

Abstract: A technique for replicating file systems to any number of targets includes obtaining a writeable snapshot of a file system on a source, performing cloud tiering of files in the snapshot, replacing the file contents of the snapshot with stubs pointing to the cloud, and generating a namespace backup of the snapshot that includes directories and stubs. The source system ships the namespace backup to the cloud, allowing any authorized target system to restore from the namespace backup to a local file-system replica, such that contents of the cloud-tiered files are made accessible on the target system from the restored namespace via the stubs.
Abstract: Dosage forms, drug delivery systems, and methods related to sustained release of dextromethorphan or improved therapeutic effects are disclosed. Typically, bupropion or a related compound is orally administered to a human being to be treated with, or being treated with, dextromethorphan.
Abstract: A system, method and computer-readable medium for generating a data masking syntactic definition for a data element of an unknown data type, including generating one or more alphabets corresponding to one or more element member positions of the data element based at least in part on element members occurring at each element member position in a plurality of data elements of the unknown type, each alphabet comprising a set of one or more sequential element members that have occurred in the plurality of data elements at an element member position and generating a positional map describing a syntactic structure of the data element by mapping at least one of the one or more alphabets to each element member position of the data element.
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure are directed to apparatuses and methods involving particulate sampling. As may be consistent with one or more embodiments, an apparatus includes a flow direction structure, a flow sampler and a particle collector having a collecting surface. The flow direction structure has interior sidewalls that direct the flow of particulate-laden gas along a flow path. The flow sampler is located in the flow path within the interior sidewalls, and operates with the flow direction structure to sample a portion of the particulate-laden gas at a reduced velocity, while allowing another portion of the particulate-laden gas to exhaust around the flow sampler. The flow sampler operates with the particle collector to direct the sampled portion of the particulate-laden gas to the collecting surface, and to adhere particulates from the particulate-laden gas to the collecting surface.

Abstract: Computerized systems, methods, kits, and computer-readable media storing code for implementing the methods are provided for interacting with a physical object in an augmented reality (AR) environment generated by an AR system. One such system includes: a plurality of neuromuscular sensors able to sense a plurality of neuromuscular signals from a user, and at least one computer processor. The neuromuscular sensors are arranged on one or more wearable devices worn by the user to sense the neuromuscular signals. The at least one computer processor is or are programmed to: determine, based at least in part, on the neuromuscular signals sensed by the neuromuscular sensors, information about an interaction of the user with the physical object in the AR environment generated by the AR system; and instruct the AR system to provide feedback based, at least in part, on the information about the interaction of the user with the physical object.

Abstract: A security gate actuator includes a main ball screw, a main ball nut, and a drive shaft stage. The main ball screw may further include a circular channel disposed on an outer surface of the main ball screw and at least one drive ball disposed in the circular channel. The main ball nut may be disposed on the main threads of the main ball screw and configured to translate rotational motion of the main ball screw to linear motion of the main ball nut. The drive shaft stage may include a drive shaft end and a drive shaft tube attached to the drive shaft end, the drive shaft end coupled to the main ball nut. The drive ball may push against the drive shaft tube to translate the rotational motion of the main ball screw to rotational motion of the drive shaft tube.

Abstract: Branch objects are created from master objects, which allow collaborators to edit drafts of those branch objects. Collaborators' draft branch objects are submitted to the master object owner and changesets are generated to identify any changes proposed by collaborators with respect to the current content of the master object. Proposed changes from collaborators are presented to the master object's owner or their delegate for approval.
Abstract: A crossbow includes a stock, a riser mounted to the stock, left upper and lower mounting brackets attached to the riser, right upper and lower mounting brackets attached to the riser, and cam assemblies respectively mounted to proximal ends of the upper and lower mounting brackets. The crossbow includes first and second limbs respectively attached to distal ends of the left and right upper and lower sides of the riser. A draw string extends between the first and second cam assemblies over the stock and is wrapped around outer surfaces of the cam assemblies. The crossbow includes power cables crossing inside of the stock to form a crossing pattern and traverse a centerline of the stock. The power cables respectively wrap around the cam assemblies through helical take-up journal assemblies extending below each cam assembly, and the power cables respectively connect to opposing limbs at distal ends of the limbs.
Abstract: The management of applications in a computing environment often involves a significant number of computing operations, such as acquiring the application, deploying data objects in various locations, and configuring the application with respect to the deployed device. Conventional computing environments may provide inadequate support throughout a typical application life cycle, especially for a computing environment distributed across many devices. Instead, the computing environment may be represented in a deployable object hierarchy that may be distributed to various devices. An application management service may therefore be provided to install representations of the application in the object hierarchy, and to support many other aspects of the application life cycle, such as application discovery, sharing, updating, and removal.
