Abstract: In general, the subject matter described in this disclosure can be embodied in methods, systems, and program products for identifying that a first audio stream includes first, second, and third sources of audio. A computing system identifies that a second audio stream includes the first, second, and third sources of audio. The computing system determines that the first and second sources of audio are part of a first conversation. The computing system generates a third audio stream that combines the first source of audio from the first audio stream, the first source of audio from the second audio stream, the second source of audio from the first audio stream, and the second source of audio from the second audio stream, and diminishes the third source of audio from the first audio stream, and the third source of audio from the second audio stream.

Abstract: A method for texturing a thermoplastic substrate, while forming a dye sublimation image in the thermoplastic substrate is provided. A stack comprising a thermoplastic substrate and a plurality of processing layers is provided, wherein the plurality of processing layers comprise a dye carrier having a dye image and an elastomeric membrane and wherein at least one of the processing layers of the stack is textured. A vacuum pressure is provided on the stack through an elastomeric membrane, wherein the stack is clamped together. The stack is heated to at least a sublimation temperature of the stack, wherein texture from at least one of the process layers is transferred to the thermoplastic substrate. The thermoplastic substrate is cooled to a release temperature. The vacuum pressure is removed. The thermoplastic substrate is removed from the stack.
Abstract: A III-nitride power handling device and the process of making the III-nitride power handling device are disclosed that use digital alloys as back barrier layer to mitigate the strain due to lattice mismatch between the channel layer and the back barrier layer and to provide increased channel conductivity. An embodiment discloses a GaN transistor using a superlattice binary digital alloy as back barrier comprising alternative layers of AlN and GaN. Other embodiments include using superlattice structures with layers of GaN and AlGaN as well as structures using AlGaN/AlGaN stackups that have different Aluminum concentrations. The disclosed device has substantially increased channel conductivity compared to traditional analog alloy back barrier devices.
Abstract: A master application device comprises a plurality of distributed transceivers, a central baseband processor, and a network management engine that manages operation of the master application device and end-user application devices. The master application device communicates data streams to the end-user devices utilizing one or more distributed transceivers selected from the plurality of distributed transceivers. The selected distributed transceivers and the end-user devices are concurrently configured by the network management engine based on corresponding link quality and propagation environment. The network management engine allocates resources to the selected distributed transceivers and the end-user devices during the data communication. The network management engine continuously monitors communication environment information to configure beamforming settings and/or antenna arrangement for the selected distributed transceivers.
Abstract: An electrical connector comprises an insulative housing, a plurality of terminals and a plurality of wires. The plurality of terminals are fixed to the insulative housing, each terminal has a fixed portion fixed to the insulative housing and a contact portion and a soldering portion which are respectively connected to the fixed portion, the soldering portion of each terminal of at least a part of the plurality of terminals is formed with a bending section, and an inner surface of the bending section defines a filling space for filling a solder. A plurality of wires are respectively soldered to the soldering portions of the plurality of terminals and make the solder filled in each filling space.
Abstract: A thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) foam having a soft open-cell inner layer and a washable closed-cell outer layer which surrounds and substantially seals the inner layer, and which may be used alone or in combination with other components to produce useful articles. The TPE foam includes a base resin which is a styrenic block copolymer, and a foaming agent. A process of forming and molding the TPE foam includes using a shutoff nozzle to prevent the foaming agent from activating before reaching the mold cavity, using an oversized gate to minimize shear heat, and using oversized vents. An earplug may be constructed by molding the TPE foam over a core or body formed from a material which is denser than the TPE foam. A first earplug design may employ a constrained layer damping effect, while a second earplug design may employ an adjustable sound attenuation effect.
Abstract: Techniques manage a storage system comprising a group of storage devices. The techniques involve: determining from the group of storage devices a first storage device which is in a rebuilding state; in response to a second storage device in the group of storage devices failing, obtaining a recoverability indication indicating whether a data block in the second storage device, which corresponds to a target data block in the first storage device, is recoverable or not on the basis of a data state of the target data block; and recovering data in the data block in the second storage device corresponding to the target data block on the basis of the recoverability indication.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices, including machine-readable media, for dynamic battery power management are disclosed. In some implementations, an electronic device that is powered by a battery senses a voltage provided by the battery and an electric current provided by the battery. The electronic device determines a present state of the battery. The electronic device determines a current limit for the electronic device based on the sensed voltage and electric current and the determined present state of the battery. The electronic device manages power use of the electronic device to maintain electric current draw from the battery at or below the electric current limit.
