A panel creator is to create a master frame corresponding to media devices that have executed the instrumented application. A registration data controller is to: (i) determine a skip rate, (ii) assign the media device from the master frame into a first test cell based on a random value and the skip rate, (iii) select a first recruitment interface associated with the first test cell, and (iv) instruct the instrumented application to, in response to the instrumented application being executed for a first time after a threshold period of time since an initial execution of the instrumented application has elapsed, display the first recruitment interface.

Said shotgun utilizes standard rimmed shotgun ammunition via features in the detachable magazine which securely maintain the position and facilitate the feeding of the cartridges during normal operation. No alteration of the AR rifle lower receiver is required. A short-recoil action is integrated into the shotgun upper receiver. The external appearance and functionality of the AR rifle are retained while eliminating the complexity and inherent fouling issues of typical gas systems used in the AR rifle.

    Abstract: A sliding window buffer is implemented on a local computing device that places chunks of content from a data source into a local buffer for transmission on a per-chunk basis. A portion of memory in the local buffer can be re-used for a single data transmission operation until the content is fully transmitted to a remote computing device. Logical positions on the local buffer which correlate to inner positions on the data source are utilized to enable the sliding window buffer to retrieve and retransmit chunks of data, if necessary. An inner position indicates a byte location in the data source and a logical position indicates a corresponding byte position in the local buffer. The local computing device can utilize byte positions to retrieve and re-transmit chunks of data if, for example, the device fails to receive an acknowledgement from the remote computing device for any of the data.

The system generates a trajectory based on the obstacle of interest at the blind spot to control the ADV to avoid the obstacle of interest.
