  • Patent number: 12150677
Abstract: A tool for implementing a correction plan in an external fixation frame having a plurality of adjustment elements or screws, for example, generally includes a driver, a motor, a controller, and a processor. The driver is adapted to engage and rotate each of the screws. The motor is coupled the driver and adapted to rotate the driver. The controller is connected to the motor and configured to control operation of the motor. The processor adapted configured to: receive correction plan data; receive identification data including information for identifying at least one of the plurality of screws; determine movement of at least one of the plurality of the screws based on the correction plan data and the identification data; and send signals indicative of the determined movement to the controller in order to rotate at least one of the plurality of screws according to a predetermined correction plan.

  • Patent number: 12150714
Abstract: A method of pre-operatively developing a reverse shoulder arthroplasty plan can include receiving an image of a patient shoulder comprising a humerus and a glenoid. The image can be segmented to develop a 3D shoulder model. Virtual surgery can be performed on the 3D shoulder model to generate a modified shoulder model. The virtual surgery can include resecting and reaming a virtual humerus of the 3D shoulder model, and reaming a virtual glenoid of the 3D shoulder model. Selection of a humeral implant and selection of a glenoid implant can be received. A virtual representation of the humeral implant can be implanted on the virtual humerus and a virtual representation of the glenoid implant on the virtual glenoid to virtually update the modified shoulder model. A range of motion of the patient shoulder can be determined and a reverse shoulder arthroplasty can be finalized based on the range of motion.

  • Patent number: 12151167
Abstract: Methods of the present disclosure may collect data when a user plays one or more different types of games when determinations are made as to whether the difficulty of a game should be changed. The collected data maybe evaluated to identify whether a user gaming performance level corresponds to an expected level of performance. When the user gaming performance level does not correspond to an expected level of performance, parameters that change the difficultly of the game may be changed automatically. Parameters that relate to movement speed, delay or hesitation, character strengths, numbers of competitors, or other metrics may be changed incrementally until a current user performance level corresponds to an expectation level of a particular user currently playing the game. At this time, the user expectation level may be changed, and the process may be repeated as skills of the user are developed over time.

  • Patent number: 12156162
Abstract: A wireless communication network serves a wireless user device using N1 signaling. The wireless communication network establishes active N1 signaling links with the wireless user device and exchanges active N1 signaling with the wireless user device over the active N1 signaling links. The wireless communication network converts one of the active N1 signaling links for the wireless user device into an inactive N1 signaling link and exchanges inactive N1 signaling with the wireless user device to maintain the inactive N1 signaling link. The wireless communication network converts the inactive N1 signaling link for the wireless user device back into the one of the active N1 signaling links without performing a new registration for the wireless user device. The wireless communication network exchanges additional active N1 signaling with the wireless user device over the active N1 signaling links.

  • Patent number: 12151270
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for cleaning an oil and gas well riser section or assembly. Even more particularly, the present invention relates to an improved method and apparatus for cleaning oil and gas well riser sections wherein a specially configured cap or pair of caps are fitted to the ends of the riser which enable pressure washing cleaning tools (or a camera) to be inserted into and through the riser cleaner fluid continuously recirculates so that relatively small volume of cleaning fluid (for example between about 700 and 1,000 gallons) is required. The cleaning process uses a volume of cleaning fluid that is discharged from the riser pipe at a relatively high temperature of about between 10° and 180° F. Such a high temperature cleaning fluid could possibly damage the pump that is used for supplying pressurized fluid to the cleaning tool.

  • Patent number: 12153513
Abstract: Examples described herein generally relate to performing conformance testing of a computational operation. A reference result including one or more reference intermediate products and a reference accumulator output at a first level of precision can be generated for the computational operation and based on one or more inputs. A hardware result can similarly be created using hardware at a second level of precision. The reference result can be compared to the hardware result to determine a variance value. A conformance result can be output based on whether the variance value is within a threshold range.

  • Patent number: 12155517
Abstract: Various embodiments comprise systems, methods, architectures, mechanisms and apparatus for spatially combining a plurality of 5G new radio (NR) carrier signals or channels for transport via a common frequency channel through a hybrid fiber coax (HFC) or other communications medium link or network. To overcome a loss of receiver ability to discriminate/process individual spatial components, each baseband signal and/or carrier signal including a spatial component has imparted to it a respective channel component Øn configured to modify amplitude, phase shift, and/or time delay of the baseband signal and/or carrier signal such that multiple spatial component bearing signals stacked/combined within a HFC frequency channel or slot include channel characteristics sufficiently distinct so as to enable a receiver to identify, discriminate, and otherwise process desired spatial components.

  • Patent number: 12154575
Abstract: Implementations described herein relate to determining how to fulfill a spoken utterance based on a user that provided the spoken utterance. For example, implementations can receive a spoken utterance from a user, determine a set of fulfillment actions for the spoken utterance, and determine whether the user that provided the spoken utterance corresponds to a first user or a second user. Further, and in response to determining that the user corresponds to the first user, implementations can select a subset of first fulfillment action(s) from the set, and cause the subset of first fulfillment action(s) to be implemented to satisfy the spoken utterance. Moreover, and in response to determining that the user corresponds to the second user, implementations can select a subset of distinct, second fulfillment action(s) from the set, and cause the subset of second fulfillment action(s) to be implemented to satisfy the spoken utterance.
