    Abstract: The various embodiments described herein include methods and systems for coding video. In one aspect, a method includes obtaining encoded video data comprising a plurality of blocks and parsing the encoded video data for each block in the plurality of blocks without reconstructing an entire motion vector predictor (MVP) list. The method also includes first determining whether warped motion compensation is allowed for the block and whether warped motion compensation is enabled for a first spatial neighbor block; and determining whether to perform warped motion compensation for the block during a subsequent reconstruction operation based on the first determination. The method further includes designating the block for a warp extend operation or a warp delta operation in accordance with a determination to perform warped motion compensation for the block during the subsequent reconstruction operation.

    Abstract: Improvements in thin film sensors are disclosed. These can be used for aircraft applications. Dielectric isolation washers can be provided between a pressure sensor and an exterior metal housing of a sensor assembly. In this manner, high voltage inputs from a lightning strike or other source that reach the sensor housing are not transmitted to the sensor. Dielectric washers, insulators, and potting compounds can thus isolate a metal thin film pressure sensor from adjacent metal components (e.g., using non-conducting insulating materials like Torlon, zirconia and nylon). Besides their high dielectric strength, these materials exhibit compressive strength and resistance to wear, creep and corrosion. Desirable thicknesses for these components are provided. The described thin film pressure sensor embodiments can attain a dielectric rating of 1500 VAC.

This may include combining data from sets of data that track movement of objects over time with instantaneously received sensor data based on a series of steps that include accessing data that tracks the motion of objects in the field of view of a sensing apparatus, receiving current sensor data that includes a component of current or instantaneous object motion, and identifying whether controls of AV should be maintained or changed. When controls of the AV are maintained, an AV may be controlled to stay in driving in a same lane of a roadway at a same velocity. When controls of an AV are changed, changes may include applying, increasing a velocity, or altering the course of the AV.

A fingerprint scanner that moves with the flexible display is sized to capture a fingerprint at a fixed finger area on a device housing of the electronic device for each position of the blade assembly between the retract position and the extended position. The fingerprint of a user is used to authenticate the user.

When the heater assembly is wrapped around the top surface of the layer of polymeric foam, side edges of the heating element extend partially down the two side walls of the layer of polymeric foam and the conductive bus bars lie adjacent those two side walls.
