  • Patent number: 10803298
Abstract: A computer-implemented method includes selecting a kernel and kernel parameters for a first Support Vector Machine (SVM) model, testing the first SVM model on a feature matrix T of n feature vectors of length m to produce false positive (FP) data set and false negative (FN) data set by a computer processor, wherein n and m are integer numbers, automatically removing feature vectors corresponding to the FN data set from the feature matrix T by the computer processor to produce a feature matrix T_best of size (n-size(FN))*m, retraining the first SVM model on the feature matrix T_best to produce a second SVM model, and checking if a ratio (T_best sample number)/(SVM support vector number) is above a threshold for the second SVM model on T_best. If the ratio is above the threshold, SVM predictions is performed using the second SVM model on the feature matrix T_best.

  • Patent number: 10805148
Abstract: A wireless device initiates a beam failure recovery procedure in response to detecting a number of beam failure instances based on a first plurality of reference signals. A beam failure recovery timer is started with a timer value in response to the detecting. A physical layer of the wireless device assesses, during the beam failure recovery timer running, a first radio link quality of a second plurality of reference signals against a threshold. The beam failure recovery procedure is completed in response to the beam failure recovery timer expiring and the first radio link quality being below the threshold. Information indicating that the beam failure recovery procedure failed due to the first radio link quality being below the threshold is reported to a radio resource control layer of the wireless device.

  • Patent number: 10804282
Abstract: An alternating stack of insulating layers and sacrificial material layers is formed over a substrate, and memory stack structures are formed through the alternating stack. A backside trench is formed through the alternating stack, and backside recesses are formed by removing the sacrificial material layers. An undoped aluminum oxide backside blocking dielectric layer is formed in the backside recesses and on sidewalls the backside trench. A portion of the undoped aluminum oxide backside blocking dielectric layer located at an upper end of the backside trench is converted into a carbon-doped aluminum oxide layer. An electrically conductive material is deposited in the backside recesses and at peripheral regions of the backside trench. The electrically conductive material at the peripheral regions of the backside trench is removed by an etch process, with the carbon-doped aluminum oxide layer providing etch resistivity during the etch process.
