  • Patent number: 10805148
Abstract: A wireless device initiates a beam failure recovery procedure in response to detecting a number of beam failure instances based on a first plurality of reference signals. A beam failure recovery timer is started with a timer value in response to the detecting. A physical layer of the wireless device assesses, during the beam failure recovery timer running, a first radio link quality of a second plurality of reference signals against a threshold. The beam failure recovery procedure is completed in response to the beam failure recovery timer expiring and the first radio link quality being below the threshold. Information indicating that the beam failure recovery procedure failed due to the first radio link quality being below the threshold is reported to a radio resource control layer of the wireless device.

  • Patent number: 10804282
Abstract: An alternating stack of insulating layers and sacrificial material layers is formed over a substrate, and memory stack structures are formed through the alternating stack. A backside trench is formed through the alternating stack, and backside recesses are formed by removing the sacrificial material layers. An undoped aluminum oxide backside blocking dielectric layer is formed in the backside recesses and on sidewalls the backside trench. A portion of the undoped aluminum oxide backside blocking dielectric layer located at an upper end of the backside trench is converted into a carbon-doped aluminum oxide layer. An electrically conductive material is deposited in the backside recesses and at peripheral regions of the backside trench. The electrically conductive material at the peripheral regions of the backside trench is removed by an etch process, with the carbon-doped aluminum oxide layer providing etch resistivity during the etch process.

  • Patent number: 10799193
Abstract: Described are anatomically specified conformation computed tomography (ASC-CT) systems, which are fully tomographic x-ray imaging systems configured to conform to the contour of the anatomy of interest and perform a near scatter-free image acquisition, thereby providing an enhanced contrast resolution in the reconstructed CT image volume. The apparatus comprises independently controlled, yet synchronized, x-ray generation and detection assemblies configured to perform a tomographic image acquisition. The method of image acquisition entails adjusting the layout of the x-ray panels within the detector assembly based on the shape of the anatomy, followed by capturing a collimated, narrow x-ray beam composed of primary photons while sweeping a circular trajectory around the anatomy placed in the field of view, resulting in a conforming sinogram of the anatomy.

  • Patent number: 10805267
Abstract: The present disclosure describes systems and methods for geoprocessing-based packet processing and network security. Filter parameters, such as Internet Protocol (IP) addresses or other such information, may be used to define one or more minimum bounding rectangles (MBR). Parameters of an incoming packet may be compared to the MBR data using spatial algorithms, such as a coordinate search within an R-tree data structure. The identified MBRs within the tree may be used to apply corresponding filtering and/or forwarding rules to the packet. This may significantly accelerate rule searching and matching algorithms, reducing delays and computing resource requirements and accelerating network security processing.

  • Patent number: 10805412
Abstract: Non-limiting examples of the present application are directed to automatic adjustment and sharing of content. In one example, a distributed storage service may access content and automatically execute recognition processing for the content. The distributed storage service may automatically execute a clean-up operation on the content based on a result of execution of the recognition processing. A version of the cleaned-up content may be automatically transmitted to a distributed storage associated with a user account of the distributed storage service. As the distributed storage service is executing automatic operations on behalf of a user, the distributed storage service automatically generates a push notification indicating that the content is cleaned-up and ready to be shared with other user accounts of the distributed storage service. In some examples, the push notification may comprise the cleaned-up content. The push notification may be displayed on a client computing device.
