  • Patent number: 10795563
Abstract: A method for displaying a network map retrieves state information for a plurality of network devices in communication with a network. The network devices include infrastructure devices and terminal devices. A topology map is generated based on the retrieved state information. A visual image of the topology map is caused to be displayed on a display screen. The visual image includes a first plurality of distinct content items arranged as a first rotatable carousel presented in a perspective view. The first rotatable carousel is configured to be scrolled in response to user input. At least some of the distinct content items are each associated with one of the terminal devices and present information describing the terminal device with which it is associated. The visual image also includes a second plurality of distinct content items which are each associated with one of the infrastructure devices.

  • Patent number: 10791772
Abstract: A bra incorporates shape memory alloy, either in shape memory or super-elastic states, an accelerometer, a power source, a microprocessor, and an algorithm implemented by the microprocessor to learn and adapt to the displacement pattern of the wearer's breast during a physical activity. The shape memory alloy is in the form of SMA or super-elastic wires integrated into portions of the bra, whereby activating the wire(s) shortens the corresponding wire to produce a compressive force on the breast within the bra. The system thereby provides real-time, active suspension to control breast displacement or bounce. The system provides real-time feedback to a memory or super-elastic material integrated into the bra to provide adaptive force and displacement to counteract the push-off and landing forces at each footfall of the moving wearer affecting breast displacement.

  • Patent number: 10795975
Abstract: A node, of a network of nodes with access to a distributed ledger, receives a request to verify the user has consented to a current version of terms (i.e., current terms) associated with a program. The node obtains, using the distributed ledger, historical consent data indicating a version of the terms to which the user has previously provided consent. The node performs a first verification procedure to determine the user has not consented to the current terms, provides an indication to a user device that the user has not consented to the current terms, and receives, from the user device, a message indicating an acceptance of the current terms. The node performs additional verification procedures to determine that the user is who consented to the current terms and updates the distributed ledger to include a record indicating that the user consented to the current terms.

  • Patent number: 10796274
Abstract: A server system tracks purchases by a user of consumable items. Notifications of use of an appliance using a consumable item are received and an estimated amount of the consumable item is decremented in response to the notification. A consumption rate is determined based on the notifications and an expected runout date is calculated. Delivery of the consumable items is then invoked on or before the runout date. The appliance may include, for example, be a network-enabled washing machine that reports loads washed, a refrigerator that detects items removed therefrom, a coffee maker that reports cups of coffee prepared.
