  • Patent number: 10787015
Abstract: A printable blank sheet includes a sheet with defined separation lines, a first layer with cuts running through the first layer along the defined separation lines, and a second layer attached to a bottom side of the first layer, with perforations running through the second layer along the defined separation lines. A method for creating custom print cards includes running a printable blank sheet through a printer to print on defined print areas, wherein the sheet includes slit-over-perforation lines defining a periphery of an object in the sheet, bending the sheet along the slit-over-perforation lines to weaken and separate the slit-over-perforation lines, and detaching the object from the sheet.

  • Patent number: 10789036
Abstract: A method and apparatus provide for removal of a display screen from a wireless device, or, in a different embodiment, provide for a display screen as a separate and additional device that functions in real time in the same way as if the screen were incorporated in the wireless device. This functionality is enabled by a short range wireless connection, such as Bluetooth, between transceivers located in the wireless device and the display screen device. The display screen device allows a user to monitor the associated wireless device without needing to operate the full device. The display screen device may also have control capability for controlling the wireless device. Thus, a user can monitor and control a mobile device from a smaller remote display device while being presented with the information that would be displayed on the display screen of the wireless device.

  • Patent number: 10787892
Abstract: A system and method for the in situ processing of internal SRF cavity surfaces to reduce field emission and improve maximum gradient. An electromagnetic radiation source is introduced in the bore of a superconducting cavity to enhance ionization or dissociation of gases which then remove contaminants from the surface of the cavity, either through direct surface bombardment, chemical reaction or through the production of radiation which interacts with the contaminants. An RF or low frequency electromagnetic field may be established in the cavity which further enhances the ionization or dissociation process and may cause the ions to bombard sites with enhanced electric fields. The invention removes the requirement that the RF field be sufficient by itself to ionize gas in the cavity.

  • Patent number: 10786702
Abstract: The exercise mat system includes an exercise mat consisting of an upper surface with visual markers. The relative positioning of the visual markers correlates to a user's body parts and the distances between the user's body parts. The visual markers accommodate various body shapes and sizes and also accommodate the body changes experienced by a user. The visual markers are represented in different forms, positive space, and negative space so that the user's brain engages the marker's differently depending on which way the user orients his or her body on the mat. The visual markers also serve as measurement device for tracking progress. The symmetry of the mat enables a user to compare and contract movements on each side of his or her body while visually seeing the differences through the relative reference points.

  • Patent number: 10789018
Abstract: A primary copy and one or more shadow copies of a logical volume are created and discovered by a host rescan performed when the logical volume is initially created. Data storage resources are allocated to the primary copy, but not to the shadow copy. The initial path state of the logical volume describes the path to the primary copy as active, and the path to the shadow copy as unavailable for accessing the logical volume. Movement of the logical volume to the storage appliance providing the shadow copy can be performed without an additional host rescan, by making the shadow copy the new primary copy, making the primary copy a new shadow copy, and updating the path state of the logical volume to indicate i) that the path to the new primary copy is active, and ii) that the path to the new shadow copy is unavailable.

  • Patent number: 10791286
Abstract: A camera assembly for generating differential images for a local area. The camera assembly includes a sensor and a controller. The sensor images at least a portion of a local area and includes a plurality of augmented pixels. Each augmented pixel has at least a first gate with a first local storage location and a second gate with a second local storage location. An exposure interval of the sensor is divided into intervals. The first local storage location stores first image data during a first of the intervals, and the second local storage location stores second image data during a second of the intervals. The controller determines, for each augmented pixel, a difference between the first image data and the second image data. The controller then reads out the difference for each augmented pixel as a differential image of the portion of the local area.
