Abstract: The present invention provides methods and compositions for treating epithelioid cell tumors (such as a PEComa) by administering a composition comprising nanoparticles comprising an mTOR inhibitor and an albumin.
Abstract: Mop buckets and methods of using the same are provided. A mop bucket includes a liquid-retaining portion that permits retained liquid to move in a liquid-movement direction extending from the first sidewall portion toward the second sidewall portion within a higher-momentum region and an energy-dissipation device disposed within the liquid-retaining portion and extending into the higher-momentum region, the energy-dissipation device being configured to inhibit buildup of momentum of liquid in the higher-momentum region along at least a portion of the liquid-movement direction by breaking surface tension of the liquid. The energy-dissipation device includes at least three baffles.
Abstract: This disclosure relates to improved video coding scheme for zero residual or zero coefficient flags. For example, a method for decoding a current block in a video stream is disclosed. The method may include determining a zero-skip flag of at least one neighboring block of the current block as a reference zero-skip flag; determining a prediction mode for the current block as being either an intra prediction mode or inter prediction mode; deriving at least one context for decoding the zero-skip flag of the current block based on the reference zero-skip flag and the current prediction mode; and decoding the zero-skip flag of the current block according to the at least one context.
Abstract: The present invention provides an aqueous dispersion as a biobased binder and an aqueous coating composition comprising such aqueous dispersion and showing balanced stain resistance, freeze-thaw stability, and anti-clogging properties.

Abstract: A method implemented by a private company securities platform executing on a processor is provided. The method includes receiving an input in a non-standardized format and including non-standardized information. The method includes updating the non-standardized information into a standardized order format to generate a security order including standardized order data. The method includes automatically generating and transmitting a first notification including the standardized order data to an issuer. The transmitting of the first notification triggers a countdown for a transaction approval for the issuer. The method includes automatically generating and transmitting second notifications to all parties to the security order. The second notifications requests signatures for a transfer agreement including the standardized order data.

Abstract: A carbon dioxide blocking system is provided comprising a sheeting material treated with a waterproofing agent such that the carbon dioxide blocking system is fully, or nearly fully, impermeable to liquids and gases. The sheeting material may be a microfiber polyester woven sheeting material and the waterproofing agent may be thermoplastic polyurethane. The sheeting material is treated with the waterproofing agent. The treated material comprises a single layer of fabric. The sheeting material provides a soft upper surface, like a sheet, while the waterproofing agent imparts impermeability to the sheeting material such that the carbon dioxide blocking system may serve as a mattress protector to block liquids and also to block the permeability and retention of carbon dioxide to help prevent carbon dioxide rebreathing.
Abstract: Techniques and tools for reducing latency in video encoding and decoding by constraining latency due to reordering of video frames, and by indicating the constraint on frame reordering latency with one or more syntax elements that accompany encoded data for the video frames. For example, a real-time communication tool with a video encoder sets a syntax element that indicates a constraint on frame reordering latency, which is consistent with inter-frame dependencies between multiple frames of a video sequence, then outputs the syntax element. A corresponding real-time communication tool with a video decoder receives the syntax element that indicates the constraint on frame reordering latency, determines the constraint on frame reordering latency based on the syntax element, and uses the constraint on frame reordering latency to determine when a reconstructed frame is ready for output (in terms of output order).
Abstract: A computer includes a processor and a memory, and the memory stores instructions executable by the processor to receive range data from a ranging sensor of a vehicle, the range data including a stationary object and an apparent moving object; determine that a path of the apparent moving object is within a threshold distance of the stationary object; and upon determining that the path is within the threshold distance of the stationary object, discard the apparent moving object.
