Abstract: A mount for a device configured to monitor the movements or other activities of patient. Aspects include a monitoring unit and base, where the base may further include a pad with one or more pins extending into the base. The pad may be positioned inside a garment worn by a patient, the pins passing through the garment and electrically connecting to circuits in the fabric of the garment (e.g. a sock worn by the patient). The circuits may include sensors which are response to changes in pressure caused by patient movement. Output from the sensors may be carried by the circuits in the garment to the pins in the pad, and from there through the garment and into the base and the monitoring unit for processing and reporting to caregivers as needed.

Abstract: A load control system may comprise load control devices for controlling respective electrical loads, and a system controller operable to transmit digital messages including different commands to the load control devices in response to a selection of a preset. The different commands may include a preset command configured to identify preset data in a device database stored at the load control device and/or a multi-output command configured to define the preset data for being stored in the device database. The system controller may decide which of the commands to transmit to the load control devices in response to the selection of the preset.

Abstract: Systems and methods for a transportable sofa are provided. The sofa may include a seating unit that comprises a base, a back, a first set of hinges, and a second set of hinges. The sofa may be configured such that in a folded position the back lies in a substantially flat position, and the back unfolds to an unfolded position by swinging the top edge of the back upward and pivoting the back into a substantially upright position. The second set of hinges may include a left side hinge and a right side hinge that may be configured to fold at pivot points when the back is in the folded position, unfold at the pivot points when the back is in the unfolded position, and secure the back in the substantially upright position and prevent the back from pivoting further backwards. Abstract: Examples of managed device risk assessment are described. In one example, a copy of an application installed on a client device is decompiled, to identify operations performed during execution of the application. A profile including one or more rules that specify whether the operations are assigned higher or lower levels of risk is obtained. A first number of times that the first rule is violated by the operations is determined, and a second number of times that the second rule is violated by the operations is determined. A total of the violations is compared against a threshold, and a remedial action is initiated in response to determining that the total exceeds the threshold.
Abstract: A solenoid valve is provided. The solenoid valve can include a valve body, a solenoid actuator, a valve insert, and first and second movable valve elements. The valve body can include a valve bore, a control port, a first port, and a second port, in which the control port is arranged in a nose of the valve body. The solenoid actuator is coupled to the valve body and configured to selectively move a pin between a first position and a second position to move first and second valve elements. Movement of the pin, by the solenoid actuator, between the first position and the second position selectively connects the control port to the first port or the second port.
