The first support member extends from a plastic piece that forms a junction from which a second support member and the pivot extend and that nestles up to the second seat.

Abstract: A process is for hydrocracking a dealkylated aromatic stream in the presence of a hydrogen stream and a hydrocracking catalyst to provide a hydrocracked stream and hydrotreating a diesel stream and the hydrocracked stream together over a hydrotreating catalyst to provide a hydrotreated diesel stream. The two streams are processed together without cracking the valuable diesel boiling hydrocarbons to below the diesel range and also upgrading the cetane value of the dealkylated aromatic stream.

Abstract: A joint having a male joint member and female joint member, in which a raised stop on the male joint member is limited to displacement between a constriction on the female joint member and a locking ring segment, and in which the locking ring segment and constriction are separated by an unobstructed traverse region that allows the male joint member to slide axially when under stress without separation from the female joint member. The rounded shape of the groove that accommodates the locking ring segment acts like a universal joint, allowing deflection between the male and female joint members without separation. The female joint member flares on the inside of its distal region to accommodate such deflection. Thus the male and female joint members have a degree of axial and radial flexibility.

Abstract: A method and system perform perimeter security and control of a vehicle. The system includes a radar system arranged in the vehicle, a maximum range of the radar system being less than 100 meters, and a communication unit to communicate with the radar system. The system also includes a control system of the vehicle to control the platform based on the radar system. The control system dynamically controls each door of the vehicle according to a location of the communication unit relative to the platform.

Abstract: Providing backup of virtual machines can be performed by a backup server. The backup server can maintain log-in credentials for a central management server and a virtual machine host. If communication is lost between the backup server and the central management server, the backup server can initialize a connection directly to the host and back up a target virtual machine.

In some implementations, a checkpoint device receives biometric data from a person. A digital representation of the biometric data is used to obtain an identifier from an identification system. The digital representation of the biometric data may not be included in the identifier. The identifier is used by to obtain ticketing information from a ticketing system. The person may be allowed or denied entry into a ticketed area based on the ticketing information.

If a subsequent query that requests additional results which satisfy the same query conditions and that includes the marker is received, the data store returns a page of results that includes a subset of data items that are disjoint from the initial subset, and provides an updated marker which indicates the extent of the union of the initial and subsequent subsets. If still further results are desired from the data store, an additional query containing the updated marker may be submitted.

Abstract: Certain aspects direct to systems and methods for preventing a thin client or a zero client from unauthorized physical access. A microcontroller is provided and connected to the chassis of the thin client or zero client computing device via a first interface, such as a general-purpose input/output (GPIO) line. Whenever the chassis is physically opened, the chassis generates a signal, and sends the signal to the microcontroller via the GPIO line. Upon receiving the signal, the microcontroller determines that a physical access event occurs to the computing device. Unless the physical access event is authorized, the microcontroller may generate a log to record events for the computing device, and store the log in the storage device; and perform a self-protect action to the computing device. If network connectivity is available, the microcontroller may send the log to a server via the network.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a multi-function ductless enclosure apparatus. Its main purpose is to be used as a paint spray booth to capture excess paint, pass it through filters with the use of a fan and then exhaust the ensuing clean air out, back into the room air. This booth is foldable and light weight and can be moved to a different location in minutes. It can also be transformed to serve many other applications with the use of a few accessories thereby saving the end user from having to have several booths (saving counter space) and also saving him from having to spend a lot of money buying many booths for different applications.

The multispectral beam combiner further includes an immersion grating operable to diffract light propagating from the collimator. The output surface of the prism body is operable to pass light propagating from the immersion grating.

Abstract: A discharge control system of a vehicle includes a traction power inverter module (TPIM) configured to convert a first direct current (DC) voltage output by a first battery to alternating current (AC) power and apply the AC power to an electric motor. An accessory power module (APM) is configured to convert the first DC voltage into a second DC voltage of a second battery. A voltage calculation module is configured to, when the first DC voltage is less than an operation threshold voltage of the APM, determine the second DC voltage based on a function of the first DC voltage and the operation threshold voltage. A diagnostic module is configured to indicate whether a discharge fault is present. A discharge control module is configured to, when the discharge fault is present, based the first DC voltage and the second DC voltage, selectively control operation of the TPIM and the APM.

Abstract: The security of a transaction conducted at a mobile device, using a one-time password to authenticate the mobile device user, is enhanced by requiring that the mobile device also be authenticated by providing a valid mobile device ID. A security server that provides the one-time password to the mobile device also provides a hyperlink that, when selected, causes a mobile device ID, such as an IMSI, to be retrieved from a SIM in the mobile device The retrieved mobile device ID is then sent to the security server. A database associated with the security server stores valid mobile device IDs, and compares the retrieved mobile device ID from the mobile device to the valid mobile device ID for that mobile device stored in the database. In alternative embodiments, the mobile device is authenticated without the use of a one-time password.

The fluid device may be operable to vent a compressible fluid or a mixed combination flow of compressible and non-compressible fluids in a metered volume.
