Abstract: Intravascular delivery system for deployment of a therapeutic device (such as a stent, and/or other therapeutic devices including balloon catheter(s), laser catheter(s), intravascular ultrasound (IVUS), Optical coherence tomography (OCT), drug delivery catheter(s), coil delivery catheter(s), etc.) as required by a particular surgical procedure, in a controlled and robust manner is supported by a lockable balloon catheter equipped with a locking mechanism configured to lock in vivo to a delivery component, such as a guidewire. The lockable balloon catheter can be controllably transitioned between locked and unlocked modes of operation by inflation/deflation of the balloon of the lockable balloon catheter. The system provides an enhanced interlocking interface between the delivery component and an inner shaft by a unique configuration of the inner shaft.
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to utilizing a style-matching image generation system to generate large datasets of style-matching images having matching styles and content to an initial small sample set of input images. For example, the style-matching image generation system utilizes a selection of style-mixed stored images with a generative machine-learning model to produce large datasets of synthesized images. Further, the style-matching image generation system utilizes the generative machine-learning model to conditionally sample synthesized images that accurately match the style, content, characteristics, and patterns of the initial small sample set and that also provide added variety and diversity to the large image dataset.

Abstract: Systems and methods for blocking spoofed traffic within communications networks include obtaining, at a computing system, routing information for an autonomous system of a communications network, the routing information identifying Internet Protocol (IP) addresses associated with the autonomous system. In response to receiving the routing information, the computing system generates a prefix list based on the routing information, the prefix list including one or more prefixes encompassing the IP addresses identified by the routing information. The computing system then transmits instructions to a network device of the communications network configured to cause the network device to update a filter function of the network device based on the prefix list such that the network device permits network traffic that originates from IP addresses within the prefixes of the prefix list.
Abstract: Disclosed herein apparatus and associated methods relate to body armor comprising a plate having a ceramic tile bonded to front and back polyolefin layers by front and back pretreated prepreg layers. The pretreated prepreg layers may comprise epoxy resin sheets precooled for storage at 0° F. The polyolefin layers may comprise 940 and 1880 denier extruded polyolefin sheets. The stored cold prepreg sheets may be heated and the hot prepreg sheets used to join the ceramic tile with the extruded polyolefin sheets. The ceramic tile may be bonded to the extruded polyolefin sheets by cooling the ceramic tile, extruded polyolefin sheets and hot prepreg sheets in a ?58° F. freezer, forming a cooled bonded plate. A backer comprising stacked plastic sheets may be connected to the plate. The cooled bonded plate may be cured by a curing cycle comprising 260° F. and 120 PSI using an autoclave.
Abstract: A product for adsorbing one or more PFAS from a liquid is disclosed. The product may comprise attapulgite that has been surface functionalized with (a) a quaternary amine surface coating solution that comprises a mono-quaternary amine compound or a di-quaternary amine compound and (b) a mercapto surface coating solution that comprises a surface coating agent that includes one or more mercapto groups that chemically bond to the attapulgite surface. When the quaternary amine surface coating solution includes the mono-quaternary amine compound, the product is free of di-quaternary amines. When the quaternary amine surface coating solution includes the di-quaternary amine compound, the product is free of mono-quaternary amines. Also disclosed is a method of producing the product and a method of adsorbing a PFAS in a liquid using the product.
