Abstract: Provided herein are asymmetric biparatopic neutralizing nanobody-based antibodies which engage SARS-2 spike in at least two independent epitopes. Several biparatopic constructs showed synergy in neutralizing viral infection of cells. Data also showed that single biparatopic constructs are more effective than the combination of the parental monotopic constructs were at neutralization. The nanobodies that were identified in an initial screen of a large and highly diverse library bind to a single epitope that overlaps with the ACE2 binding site.

Abstract: A non-petroleum or renewable feedstock containing oxygen and contaminants of metals, gums, and resins is treated by introducing the feedstock into a reactor at a flow velocity of at least 20 ft/sec. The feedstock is heated within the reactor and cooled to form a reduced-temperature reactor product. At least a portion of the reduced-temperature reactor product is feed into a hydroprocessing reactor containing a hydroprocessing catalyst to form a hydroprocessed product. The hydroprocessed product is cooled and non-condensable gases, metals and water are separated and removed to form a final product. The final product has an oxygen content that is 60% or less of that of the feedstock, and wherein the final product comprises 25 wt % or less any triglycerides, monoglycerides, diglycerides, free fatty acids, phosphatides, sterols, tocopherols, tocotrienols, or fatty alcohols, from 5 wt % to 30 wt % naphtha, and 50 wt % or more diesel.

Abstract: A method of performing surface profilometry includes receiving one or more polarization raw frames of a printed layer of a physical object undergoing additive manufacturing, the one or more polarization raw frames being captured at different polarizations by one or more polarization cameras, extracting one or more polarization feature maps in one or more polarization representation spaces from the one or more polarization raw frames, obtaining a coarse layer depth map of the printed layer, generating one or more surface-normal images based on the coarse layer depth map and the one or more polarization feature maps, and generating a 3D reconstruction of the printed layer based on the one or more surface-normal images.
Abstract: System and methods for learning data patterns predictive of an outcome are described. An example system may include a plurality of input sensors communicatively coupled to a controller; a data collection circuit structured to collect output data from the plurality of input sensors; and a machine learning data analysis circuit structured to receive the output data, learn received output data patterns indicative of an outcome, and learn a preferred input data collection band among a plurality of available input data collection bands. The machine learning data analysis circuit may be structured to learn received output data patterns by being seeded with a model based on industry-specific feedback. The outcome may be at least one of: a reaction rate, a production volume, or a required maintenance.

Abstract: At least one aspect is directed to improving the performance of real-time verification of online identity. The issuer computing system can receive a request to generate a composite token, the composite token configured to authorize certain verifying parties to authenticate a first-party token comprising information about a client. The issuer can generate a composite token using cryptographic keys and distribute it to the client, who can distribute it to other content item networks. The verifying parties can receive the composite token from the content item networks, use a cryptographic key verify the authenticity of the token corresponding to the client device, and use the token to further process content item operations. The system can distribute the cryptographic keys prior to the generation and verification of the composite token, and as such allow the parties to verify the composite token in real-time without contacting outside verification parties.
Abstract: A detection system has an interface including a substrate supporting a conductive coating. Electrodes are provided to the substrate. A multiplexer provides current to the electrodes. A demultiplexer receives voltages from electrodes and provides corresponding signals to a controller. The controller receives these signals and determines therefrom an operation performed in connection with the interface by applying an algorithmic approach. Static interaction is recognizable, and machine learning can be used for gesture recognition and/or identification of other interaction types. The technology can be used in a broad array of applications, e.g., where it is desirable to sense interactions with a defined region such as, for example, in the case of touches, gestures, hovers, and/or the like.

Abstract: Examples are disclosed related to analog to digital conversions. One example provides a conversion circuit comprising a first analog-to-digital converter (ADC) configured to convert an analog voltage to generate a first subset of digital output bits from a most significant bit (MSB) to a bit k and a second subset of digital output bits from a bit k?1 to a least significant bit (LSB) of the first ADC. The bit k is between the MSB and the LSB. The first ADC comprises a residual output configured to output a residual voltage of the analog voltage after converting the bit k. The conversion circuit further comprises an amplifier stage connected to the residual output and configured to generate an amplified residual voltage. The conversion circuit further comprises a second ADC connected to the amplifier stage and configured to convert the amplified residual voltage to generate extra digital output bits.
Abstract: Imaging circuitry may include half-driver sub-circuits configured to support Mobile Industry Processor Interface (MIPI) D-PHY mode and C-PHY mode. Groups of two half-driver sub-circuits can be coupled together in the D-PHY mode, whereas groups of three half-driver sub-circuits can be coupled together in the C-PHY mode. Each half-driver sub-circuit can include one or more pull-up paths and one or more pull-down paths. Each half-driver sub-circuit can include multiple slices, a first portion of which can be operated to pull in a first direction and a second portion of which can be operated to pull in a second direction opposing the first direction to achieve the desired amount of equalization. The half-driver sub-circuits can be employed as the final driver stage of a shared data path architecture supporting both D-PHY and C-PHY modes. The shared data path can include serializers, pre-driver logic, and/or equalization enable blocks.
