Abstract: A method includes receiving a request to initiate a group gift indicating a gift date on which the group gift should be sent to a receiver of the gift. The method further includes determining, electronic devices to send invitations to contribute to the group gift and sending the invitations to the electronic devices. The invitations prompt a user to respond with a single action whether the user would like to contribute or not. The method further includes receiving responses from the electronic devices indicating an approval to contribute to the group gift or a refusal to contribute to the group gift. The method further includes initiating a physical gift purchase as part of the group gift and sending a message to a gift receiver electronic device that includes information about a monetary gift.

Abstract: A fuel stabilizer formulation includes a hybrid component that acts as an antioxidant, a chelating agent, and lubricant when added to the fuel, one or more vapor suppressants, and a water scavenger. Furthermore, the formulation may include components that bond with gasoline compounds to prevent evaporation of low-end components, form a layer along with the engine metal that prevents condensed water from corroding the metal, prevent corroded metal ions from destabilizing gasoline compounds into resin, and scavenge water to prevent water deposits at the bottom of the tank which limits biological activity, resulting in an overall improvement in oxidation stability over conventional fuel stabilizers.

Abstract: Apparatus and methods for optimizing bandwidth utilization and services in a data network infrastructure. In one embodiment, the data network is a managed Hybrid Fiber Coaxial (HFC) cable network, and the network infrastructure is configured to enable dynamic allocate of frequency bands to individual consumer premises device (e.g., DOCSIS-compliant cable modems). In one variant, the improved network infrastructure enables creation of virtual Service Groups (vSGs), and allocation of individual ones of the CM to such vSGs, to some degree irrespective of topological or “hardwired” location within the network. The allocations can be dynamic, and based on factors such as load balancing, evacuation of portions of the physical network topology (such as to support infrastructure upgrades or replacement), or for yet other reasons such as relating to subscriber tier or service level agreement (SLA).

Abstract: A first computing device captures audio data via an audio capture device. The audio data comprises probe signals from second computing devices located within the same area. The first computing device and the second computing devices are connected to a teleconference session. Based on the audio data, the first computing device generates a first encoding of the probe signals received. The first computing device receives a second encoding of probe signals received at a second computing device. The first computing device makes a determination that a degree of similarity between the first encoding and the second encoding is greater than or equal to a threshold degree of similarity. The first computing device generates co-location information identifying the second computing device as a co-located device that is located within the same area as the first computing device.

Abstract: The present invention is a cannabidiol oral dosage form including predominantly or exclusively bacterially fermented hemp pomace, compounded as a tablet or formulated within a capsule generally without the addition of synthetic excipients, fillers or other additives, not including the inevitable presence of some moisture. The dosage forms contain dietary fiber, important to activity as the desired delivery system, having a ratio of one part soluble dietary fiber to 30 parts insoluble dietary fiber and delivers desirable/non hallucinogenic cannabinoids (CBD, CBG, etc.) in a ratio of 60:1 up to 120:1 to hallucinogenic cannabinoids (THC).

Abstract: A system and method are provided for reducing vibrations and loads in one or more rotor blades on a rotor hub of a wind turbine when the rotor hub is in a locked or idling condition. An electronically tunable spring mass damper is attached to a fixed location on one or more of the rotor blades. The spring mass damper is maintained on the rotor blades during the locked or idling condition of the rotor hub. The method includes sensing movement of the mass component resulting from the vibrations induced in the blade. Based on the sensed movement of the mass component, the spring mass damper is automatically tuned to the amplitude of the vibrations by operating the electric machine as a generator in a virtual damper mode and/or tuned to the frequency of the vibrations by operating the electrical machine as a motor-generator in a virtual spring mode.

Abstract: Techniques are described herein for translating source code using sparse-self attention. In various implementations, a source code snippet in a first programming language may be processed to obtain graph(s) representing snippet tokens, and relationships therebetween. Based on the graph(s), a subset of snippet token pairs may be identified from a superset of all possible token pairs in the source code snippet. Each token pair of the subset may include snippet tokens that are represented by nodes connected by one or more edges of the one or more graphs. A self-attention network of a translation machine learning model may be adapted to sparsely attend across the identified subset of token pairs. The source code snippet may then be processed based on the adapted translation machine learning model to generate a translation of the source code snippet in the second programming language.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus to collect and process browsing history are disclosed. One disclosed method of collecting browsing history includes collecting a plurality of web requests, and for a web request in the plurality of web requests, determining a count indicating a number of other ones of the plurality of web requests that include a referrer identifying the web request. The method also includes when the count meets a threshold, indicating that the web request is a parent web request.

The jukebox chassis and cover are designed to enable the jukebox chassis to detachably slide-on to the cover. Various securing mechanisms and access mechanisms may be configured. The jukebox and cover assembly is configured for use in commercial venues and can be customized to each location.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method of training a streaming speech recognition model that includes receiving, as input to the streaming speech recognition model, a sequence of acoustic frames. The streaming speech recognition model is configured to learn an alignment probability between the sequence of acoustic frames and an output sequence of vocabulary tokens. The vocabulary tokens include a plurality of label tokens and a blank token. At each output step, the method includes determining a first probability of emitting one of the label tokens and determining a second probability of emitting the blank token. The method also includes generating the alignment probability at a sequence level based on the first probability and the second probability. The method also includes applying a tuning parameter to the alignment probability at the sequence level to maximize the first probability of emitting one of the label tokens.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and vehicles for loading and unloading cargo from a long-distance transport vehicle, such as an aircraft, are described. The systems and methods include operating a plurality of vehicles to unload large cargo from the aircraft and transporting the large cargo to an installation site. In some instances, the vehicles hold the payload the entire time, including while loading aircraft, during flight, unloading the aircraft, and moving the payload to the installation site. Alternatively, the vehicles can drive on the plane to load the payload to a designated area, and equivalent vehicles can drive on the plane after the payload has been flown to unload the payload and moving the payload to the installation site. Various vehicles and systems, and components thereof, along with methods of operating the same, are also provided.

Abstract: A fluid storage media includes a plurality of microspheres. Each microsphere includes a porous core with a porous core material and having an exterior surface. A stored fluid is within the porous core. A coating layer covers all of the exterior surface of the porous core. The coating layer includes a coating material which transitions from a first state to a second state, wherein in the first state the coating material is permeable to the stored fluid, and in the second state the material is impermeable to the stored fluid. The coating material in the second state is configured to encapsulate and maintain the stored fluid inside the porous core. A method of making a fluid storage media, a method of delivering a fluid and a method of delivering a biologically active fluid medication to a patient are also disclosed.
