  • Patent number: 12133940
Abstract: An example luminaire includes a white light source (e.g. LEDs emitting white light in a region of the CIE color chart within three Macadam ellipses below the black body curve) and a violet light source emitting light in a wavelength range of approximately 380 nm to 450 nm (e.g. 405 nm LEDs) for deactivating bacteria, such as Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) on a surface exposed to illumination from the luminaire. A controller coupled to the sources pulses the violet light source at an irregular rate and interval over a time period to apply a deactivation dosage of the violet light to bacteria within range of the emissions. When ON, the violet source emits light for deactivating bacteria at an intensity higher than the concurrent intensity of the white light.

  • Patent number: 12135992
Abstract: Techniques for remediating drift in real cloud infrastructure from desired cloud infrastructure. In one technique, a configuration graph is generated based on first infrastructure configuration code. A deployed state of a cloud infrastructure is generated based on a data schema and a current state of the cloud infrastructure. Resources indicated in the deployed state are matched to nodes in the configuration graph. Based on differences between the resources and the nodes, the configuration graph is updated to generate an updated configuration graph. Based on the updated configuration graph, second infrastructure configuration code is generated that is different than the first infrastructure configuration code.

  • Patent number: 12133562
Abstract: Designing garments that include brassiere cups can be challenging due to the natural fluctuation of a woman's breast size, as well as a possible disconnect between the size of her breasts and the size of the rest of her body. The high range of size variability places pressure on stores to stock inventories that include great ranges of sizes. This places an inventory risk to the store, since rarer sizes may never sell. The disclosed garment addresses these issues by including a fit-adjustable brassiere portion. The cups of the fit-adjustable brassiere portion include fit-modifying panels that increase their flexibility and elasticity. The rear side of the fit-adjustable brassiere portion includes a back adjuster with highly elastic regions that enables the brassiere portion to fit a broader range of chest sizes. Each of these features give the garment a more universal fit and enable stores to carry fewer sizes.

  • Patent number: 12135973
Abstract: A firmware is configured with a firmware management protocol (“FMP”) capable of updating a firmware logo image and a firmware logo image volume is defined within a firmware for storing a firmware logo image. A firmware logo image updater executing on a computing device receives a UEFI capsule that contains a firmware logo image. The firmware logo image updater stores the UEFI capsule in a UEFI system partition on a computer-readable storage medium accessible to the computing device. Upon a reboot of the computing device, the FMP is executed. The FMP retrieves the UEFI capsule from the UEFI system partition. The FMP then updates the firmware logo image volume with the firmware logo image stored in the UEFI capsule.
